"This newly built cabin stay was absolutely wonderful. We actually took pictures of the place in case we ever get the chance to build our own. There’s a nice stream at the bottom of the long driveway where we caught a few fish almost immediately. The host was wonderful and reached out to us to let us know we could check in early and stay late. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"It's out there but this made things quiet except for the cat that kept coming to the porch making us think someone was out there. Once we got our bearings and found our way out and down to the lodge we were fine. Very relaxing as we were in town for a relative going to the local hospital so it was helpful to retreat to the woods to take a breath. Thanks for letting us use your cute house!"

"The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!"

We were traveling with our dog and there was plenty of room for him to run around. Be sure to take a stroll down to the river (wonderful bonus)! The views and the deck can’t be beat. "My husband and I stayed for a short weekend away from the city. This place is the perfect place to disconnect and surround yourself with nature and beautiful views. Only suggestion that I have for guests is to be sure you bring towels, cooking oil, extra paper towells, and coffee/tea of your choice. Otherwise, everything is provided!"

"we did a short trip, april 9-11th. The weather was wonderful but with that came the bugs, bees, and other flying critters! Not too bad for the most part. the screened in porch was wonderful to have and the hot tub offered a wonderful view of the mountains. We tried to have a fire with the wood provided but struggled with it not lighting after several attempts, next time we would bring our own wood. We did have a power outage for a few hours but was soon resolved. overall we had a wonderful time...
