The property is convenient to the marina although up a steep hill, there are a couple of sets of stairs to the chalets and another rental that drops you off a few yards from the drive. Plenty of cooking items, pots pans, baking sheets silverware. Master bath is very cozy there is not much room between the corner of the vanity and the edge of the shower to get to the toilet, must be thin to...

"We traveled to Somerset during fall break with our 4 children ages 6-16 and this house was oerfect. Plenty of space for all of us, close to hiking trails during the daytime, and the evenings in the hot tub was a great way to end the day. Fantastic views of the river from the deck. My boys were fascinated with the trains going across the bridge. Accommodations were very clean, comfortable beds, and the game room was awesome. Highly recommend!"

"This is a great little home in Cumberland Gap. Walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop. The views from the home are amazing. Be sure to visit The Summit while you are there."

"The propert has everything you need plus what you didn't know you'd need. From extra trail towels, to hot tub towels, all the kitchen utensils plus some. It rained half the week and we enjoyed the family/movie room. Game room was used plenty as well. Ample parking for trucks and trailers as we came down to ride RRB and it worked out fantastic!! The host went above and beyond by giving us an alternate route around construction and snacks as a welcome gift."

We really loved the cute canvas welcome bag the owners gave us. Nice touch! Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive. Unfortunately, I had to do some work during this stay but the wifi worked great. The TV's are also smart, so you are able to log into your accounts and watch...

"Only issue is with it being a new build I should have paid attention to the written instructions from the manager vs gps! Silly me didn’t and we went to the wrong side of the lake. The condo was great along with the location!"

"Great location, will say if you are not Davy to trailering a boat at least the newer heavier wake boats it will be a little challenge for the driveway but other than that the location and house is prime and we will definitely be back and try to book this one again thank you for letting us stay in your home for the holiday weekend!"
