Our stay was nice overall but did not come close to the luxury we expected. The staff was nice but customer service was slow and it was clear they were understaffed. Most often you had to track down a staff member in order to get a drink. The restaurants were okay but again there weren't as many options as I would have liked. We didn't feel like there was unlimited food options. The same goes for everything on the resort including hit or miss with the bartenders. The best part hands down was the entertainment. The singers and dancers put a lot of effort into engaging with us and they were great. The property itself was also very nice and walkable.

We started our sandals journey at Antigua and Greneda. This one was so bad I think I’ll cancel my sandals membership, food was aweful, entertainment was lacking, really only 4 dinner restaurants and two required reservations so we couldn’t even eat at the place my wanted to for her birthday. Pool is pretty solid, staff is generally pretty helpful and nice but not someplace I would recommend or would return to.

It was total excellent the food the scenery the comfort everything was right where it supposed to be five stars. I would love to go back there soon my wife loved it.

This property was amazing! You can’t beat the views and amenities! However, the service is another story. While some of the staff was AMAZING a majority of the staff came off as cold and didn’t seem to care about the guests at all. We never got our bags delivered to our room upon checkin. We had to go look for them and they were literally sitting on a sidewalk unattended outside the resort. Club sandals staff seemed liked they didn’t know a lot of information about the resort and again didn’t come off as helpful and that we were bothering them. Food was really good! We especially loved Aolos! The chef Tyler was amazing and we loved Jasper! Zuka was our least favorite. Food was dry and didn’t have great flavor. Overall though we would recommend this resort and return!

The people at this property were great, food was great. I hate that Sandals says it's 'all inclusive'. I have never had an all inclusive experience here, things are extra like evening catamaran cruises. We booked one for $100 each and I ended up with food poisoning so was sick couldn't go and they wouldn't reimburse it. Beach was non-existent basically at this hotel. They also say all top shelf liquor but it's not they give you the bottom shelf stuff all the time, you have to watch them and ask for top shelf. The beer has an extreme after taste and is always warm. I'd stay at a couples resort ANY DAY over Sandals. This was our 3rd Sandals stay, we've been to Jamaica, Bahama's and then here. None have impressed me. I'd say the Jamaica one was probably the best.

Staff is very attentive from the minute you arrive at the airport until you are dropped off at the airport on your way home.
Room service, entertainment dining and customer service are all excellent.

Some staff were not interested in the Sandals customer experience. Some staff were rude. The air conditioning in the bedroom was faulty and our clothes, bedlinen and the floor was constantly wet or damp. The maintenance came several times but the problem was not resolved.

The main pool was not open.
Alcohol- bottom shelf options
Resort location is far away (an hour car ride) from all the other attractions on the island.
Tennis courts are not open
The included snorkel trip was a disappointment. There are aren’t any other activities or tours that are included.
Not enough umbrellas, you have to fight for one.
Check in process was useless.
Mosquitos everywhere
Anything besides food and drinks, is only included if you have the “butler” service.
I would not recommend this resort especially when you are paying around $850 per night.

There is virtually no beach to the resort so if you are looking for a good beach, this is not it. The food was great and the property was beautiful but that is about it. The staff made you feel like you were a bother to ask for a drink. We waited a very long time at dinner for our food at almost every restaurant. The entertainment is lacking. There is nothing to do outside of the show at 9 pm daily. It boasts premium liquor, but that is far from the case. Be ready to wait for drinks at the pool. Waiters walked around but only picked up the empties…no one bothers to ask if you need anything. This was our first Sandals experience and will not be going to another. For what you pay and how they rave top notch service, we were extremely disappointed.

Food was amazing. They were short on some items but I guess its the worldwide problem on logistics. Mint ran out fast on bars so no mojitos for a while. Only type of beer was montana. They are short staffed so waiting time in restaurants can be a pain. But overall hotel is beautiful. Clean and staff are very welcoming. Breakfast and food was amaaaaazing. Rooms were clean and nice.

Don’t bother. Property is beautiful and that’s about it. There is no 24/7 room service like advertised. There is no “dutchess floating restaurant “ as advertised. Lost power for 2 days after the property went to full capacity. Went to desk 6 times and called 3 times over the course of 2 days jusr for bottled water for our room. Was
Told we needed to wait until 630pm for our room after traveling all day and a breastfeeding mother. After 4pm there’s nothing to eat until 6pm besides for a food truck at the end of the resort. Repeated endless promises of what can we do to make it better with nothing ever being done. Multiple people cut their feet in the pool. No bandaids , nurse on call had her day off, nothing to do be done for these people. Spent THOUSANDS on what was supposed to be a first class experience. Save your money.

Vee producten zijn niet aanwezig in ieder restaurant is er wel iets niet. Daarnaast was het grote zwembad defect gegaan waardoor teveel mensen in een te klein moesten zitten niet te doen.
