Die Ausstattung entspricht vollständig dem Inserat (uns hat nur eine Kaffeemaschine in der Küche gefehlt - ist aber, bei genauem lesen des Inserates, dort auch nicht aufgeführt - also nichts zu meckern). Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer verlief bestens - alles hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen."

"Super Lage, Auto kann bei Bedarf ausnahmslos in der Tiefgarage stehen bleiben. Diese hat eine andere Adresse, liegt jedoch direkt unter dem MFH, sodass natürlich der direkte Treppen- oder Aufzuganschluss gewährleistet ist. Alle Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wanderrouten - auch nach Diez - sind schön zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet vorgefunden. "The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home.
