This exquisite Lake house built in 2021 has Lake views on two sides with 150 foot of lake front.
The boat house has two floors. Upper room to sit and or play Shuffle board,darts and more. The lower deck has 2 canoes, a kayak, swimming floats, life jackets and a seating area to enjoy this beautiful lake.
It is a wonderful place to fish! The covered Porch has a nice sectional sofa with a open view of the lake. The back deck has a high top table and chairs that swivel and grill to cook on. The perfect spot for meals.
A set of China and big roasting pan is avalable for all holiday meals!
Two bedrooms each with a full bathroom upstairs. Nice size closets and draw space.
New Bosch appliances,Kitchen Quartz, gas stove . Two bar stools at kitchen counter over looking the lake great place for Coffee. Electric fireplace in the middle of the down stairs makes the room so comfy. A 3 season porch made into a small office!

In the winter Mount Wachusett with 27 trails less then 5 miles away.
Summer
Wachusett Mountain State Reservation only 4 miles away and has 12 miles of trails.
6 miles to the Public Golf course. In the Summer there is So much to do on the lake as is the winter! come play, relax and enjoy ! Outdoor games corn hole and ring Toss. A Ice Cream truck goes by the house!

Enjoy most of the summer activities as well as the amazing colors we have in the fall. The Circle around the cute neighborhood is approximately a half mile

December 2022 new large washer dryer added!
It’s capable of doing a load of wash in 15 minutes! Before checking out our please put the linens and towels in the washer then dryer. You can put the clean laundry on the beds for the cleaning ladies. Leaving one load in each the dryer and washer is ok. If you are unable message me before you leave I can take care of it. Please leave everything in the boat house as you found it for the next guests to enjoy. Also please take all the food that you brought.

Perfect, lovely home for a quick ski weekend at Wachusett. The home is brand new, clean, on a lovely small lake or pond. Digital entry worked well. Early arrival and late departure were appreciated. Very convenient to Wachusett Mountain for skiing. I would love to see the property in the summer.

Wonderful Home!
My husband and I stayed at Katherine's lake house for the weekend and it was wonderful! The home is well maintained and very clean. There was plenty for us to do and the kitchen is fully equipped. I definitely recommend staying here, especially if you are going to Wachusett Mountain as it is close by!

Quiet restful and peaceful
Beautiful looking property overlooking a lake. Great to wake up and sit and watch the nature and fall foliage around the lake. Quiet and restful place to return to after a day of sightseeing and activity. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the little boat house is pretty neat. Nice comfortable bedding excellent climate control very peaceful and quiet in the evening way better than returning to a hotel. Had a great stay thanks for having us.

AMAZING!!!!!
The location is just so peaceful and beautiful!!! The picture are great but the house itself is even better. Very clean, very beautifully decorated and all of it is brand new and top of the line. The Queen size bed is so very comfortable. The linens are beautiful. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you might ever need. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around. This house is right on a beautiful lake. The Fall colors were like a movie. Very private. Not one negative thing to say. We hope to return soon. The hosts were very easy to communicate with!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!

Fine 4-day weekend
Katherine’s home was everything mentioned in the VRBO description, and more. We were delighted with the ambiance, the spaciousness, the clean newness, and the various implements in the kitchen. The wifi worked with no problems. Our granddaughter and her husband stayed over one night, and we all enjoyed some of the indoor games Katherine provided. The boathouse was wonderful; and the youngsters easily got a canoe in and out of the water. The boathouse included life vests to wear when venturing on the water. (A kayak was also available, but no one used it.) When it wasn’t rainy or chilly (our visit overlapped with the end of September and included a mix of comfortable and inclement weather), we loved sitting outside, where we relaxed, read, and took in the peaceful lake surroundings. Katherine herself was most welcoming and responsive. In particular, the booklet she had assembled for guests provided a range of information that we used several times.

Little Slice of Heaven
We spent two (2) days in Westminster (Checked in Saturday - checked out Monday) - and we immediately wished we had booked a longer stay! We didn't want to leave! The property is beautiful and newly renovated. We didn't have enough time to kayak or use the canoe, but we wished we had at least another day to take advantage of those awesome amenities (there were corn hole boards and other games as well). Fire pit was great and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Katherine was very responsive, helpful and kind. We were greeted with a welcome jar of goodies and cute coffee cup! We felt very at home. Fantastic host!! The area is secluded and even though there are neighbors around, it still feels very private. Everyone in the area was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed watching people fish and cruise by on their boats. Such a beautiful time we had! We would love to go back! We had dinner at the Old Mill both nights - they have fantastic food and a great atmosphere. Westminster has a little country grocery store, and there's a Dollar General not far from the house as well. Great little area! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great stay!
2nd time staying here! Beautiful property and home, loved it just as much the 2nd time! This year's rain forced us inside a little more but allowed us to experience the comfort of the living room and how positively delightful it was to sit and read all day. The new porch roof was great- we sat outside while it rained, and when it didn't it gave some of us paler folks a reprieve from the sun. Firepit experience... top notch. Thanks for another great summer escape!

The location is absolutely stunning. Even being on the lake, during the week of the 4th it was peaceful and the others on the lake had respect for everyone else by stopping fireworks and partying at 10 each night. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great memories.

Beautiful setting.
We so enjoyed our stay. The views from the windows, from the kitchen sink are so lovely. Even though it rained one day it was still beautiful. My husband really loved the master bath shower head - like a rain forest. He also worked the first day we arrived and it was nice their is an office. They installed a cover over their deck which was perfect to enjoy outside and have shade and shelter from the rain. Fire pit down by the lake is wonderful to sit beside. Love the boat house. East to get in and out of our SUP (which we brought) They offer various seasonings which was super nice and their is a grill to use. My lake is a nice size!! Over sitting on the deck by the dining room for meals!! The house is beautifully decorated and lots of plates and glasses to use! The lighter was out of fluid which the owner, who is quite nice and responsive, said they will have replaced by the next renter. The only down side is we need to put our linen in the wash. I don’t even do my own sheets so not thrilled about this but the location and service is so fantastic that it is easily overlooked. We prefer kayaks and they only have one so that didn’t work for us. Unfortunately too many people have wireless speakers so many times, while enjoying the nature beauty and sound, someone came around blaring music from a boat. One person even stopped to fish right in front the house. Sigh!! It didn’t last long and chirping birds were heard again.

Beautiful home and perfect location
This property is beautiful, very clean and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed fishing and boating on the lake as well as games in the pool house. There are lots of large windows which provide amazing views of the water. We would love to return next time we are in Massachusetts!

Great lakeside retreat!
