"It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...

"Great location with access to Mousam lake. No lake view but a wonderful dock and great property with covered patio, fire pit and all the amenities. Really well done interior with comfortable accommodations. Had a great time and definitely recommend!"

"This place exceeded my expectation. This place is not clean, its CleannnnnNNNNNN. A major difference. My family and i enjoyed our stay. The host is top notch. We wanted for nothing. "Apartment is on the second floor and I had a little difficulty carrying my suitcase up the stairs. Other than that, apartment was just as advertised. There is only room for two to eat at the kitchen breakfast bar, and the coffee maker uses regular coffee, not k-cups. Place was beautifully clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The location is great. I walked two blocks to the Thirsty Moose restaurant one evening. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is, as advertised, right on Locke Lake which is a quiet community. House was clean when we arrived. Fresh linens were also provided. Comfortable beds! The house has only one shower. Great stay!"

"Jeff's property is absolutely adorable! The attention to detail in the decor and the amenities- from a well-stocked kitchen to the board games inside and the yard games outside- made our stay comfortable. The location is great too! It's close enough to all the action in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove while also being more woodsy and quiet. My friends and I had an amazing visit, and the comfort of this cottage was certainly part of our experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!"

"We had an amazing stay. The cottage was nice and the view from the front deck was beautiful. My only criticism is They state towels provided however my husband and I were there for 10 days and there were only 4 bath towels. That is def not enough towels. If there was a washer dryer that would be fine but there is not. So we had to go and buy more towels. Other than that it was wonderful"

"The only things I could say about the home that could use improvement were that the upstairs tv didn’t work/was missing a power cord and that there was no soap provided for the bath. Everything else was wonderful. Would totally come back (and bring soap):)"

"Beautiful house, beautiful location, amazing views! The lake view was stunning and the house was spacious yet cozy. We had everything we needed! The adults loved the comfortable family room with a view and the kids loved exploring and playing in the game room and bunk room. Felt like a home away from home."

"Beautiful place if you have a large group. Many areas to gather from the fire pit to hot tub or a quick pickup game of basketball! It was rainy for us one day and I side we were comfortable with family visiting for the day. Perfect table space for large group dining or game playing! Beds are comfortable there is another sleeping space in the basement we did not use but would be great for even more to join you on your vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good accessibility to the water ....

"Great house at the end of a short dirt rd, with zero traffic! We enjoyed everything about it, from the lg living rm/ kitchen to the bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. But most of our time was spent on the deck, by the firepit, or on the sandy beach and dock. We'll be back...and next time we'll bring kayaks and friends!! :) Thanks for sharing your beautiful cottage."

"Needed a night away with my husband. I booked a room here and it’s like a little mini condo. Had a sweet bedroom, bathroom and kitchen living room combo with recliners in the living room. Prices are extremely reasonable for a tourist area. The room was extremely clean and did not resemble hotels That I stay in. Highly recommended!!"
