"The units are spacious and include a full dining and living area. The bedrooms easily accommodated our party. One bedroom had two queen size beds, which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Friendly staff, very clean property. Property is updated on the outside (beautiful pool chairs and umbrellas, general look of the buildings) but the room we had (luxury suite) had outdated decoration and furniture. However, the suite had plenty of amenities and it was very clean. The bedroom mattress and the Murphy bed in the living room were both very comfortable. We truly enjoyed having a complete kitchen (including a dishwasher and full size fridge) and a separate bedroom. The view from the property is amazing (marshes and ocean at a distance). This motel is close to everything you’d want to see in or around Wells, Kennebunk and Ogunquit. We will certainly go back to this hotel. "

"This property is meticulously maintained The pool was a great option to have on a very hot day. The rooms are modest but very clean and have all the amenities to store food, heat things up and make coffee. I've machine very convenient and ample outdoor spaces to enjoy sitting and relaxing. Bonus of a nice continental breakfast with several options of pastries, breads, fruit, oatmeal and yogurt. I would highly recommend for a very reasonable rate!"

I have stayed there before and I am looking forward to another stay. It is so clean and the rooms are so attractive and well kept, as well as the grounds. I love the chairs outside the rooms. "This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs."
