Everything was very convenient, safe, and comfortable. I highly recommend it and will stay here again if I need to come back. Love the front porch chairs and breeze!"

"This beautiful cottage was clean, elegant and would compete with any five star hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was large and the owners reviews of restaurants in the area did not disappoint. Their dock was loaded with catfish underneath and the fishing light under the dock was the cherry on top! I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a romantic weekend getaway or a fun summer vacay. We will be returning in the future."

"The location of this house is great. It is close enough to the interstate to access major roads quickly but also far enough from the interstate that it sits on a quiet street. The house is quaint and simple with comfortable beds. It was a great homebase for exploring Dallas."

The water is quite shallow at the dock or even 100 yards out. In August that means very warm water chasing most fish out to cooler water & making for bath water swimming that was still fun with the kids.
