Get your group together to enjoy quality bonding time on Silver Lake in Wautoma! Up to 16 people (plus Fido) will comfortably relax, unwind, talk, laugh, and play in this newly-listed lake home. Many amenities are provided so you don't have to bring much more than your clothes and food. This property is also sure to bring in rave reviews!

The kitchen has been remodeled to open the space for multiple cooks to work and still connect with the rest of the group in an open concept dining/living room area (table for 10, plus more seating in kitchen, at the counter, and on the enclosed porch). Relax on the leather sofa while gazing out at the clear water of Silver Lake, or grab a cup of coffee from the breakfast bar and choose one of numerous lake views to read that book you haven't had time for in your busy schedule. By the time lunch rolls around, call the kids in from the water and share your sandwiches and stories in the beautiful, spacious, enclosed wrap-around sunroom/four-season porch that boasts amazing views from every seat! Stroll outside on the concrete path that takes you from the driveway to the lake, sit outside in the shade while taking in the view, and watch the kids swim or the boats passing by. In the garage you'll find kayaks, paddle boards, a Foosball table, fishing gear, yard games, and an additional fridge. Then get out the steaks for supper and grill while watching the gorgeous sunset, or walk to either of Waushara County's two BEST Supper Clubs - Silvercryst or Moose Inn! Later at night, roast marshmallows at the NEWLY UPDATED fire pit (wood included!) while you share your favorite moments of the day. Last but not least, enjoy a good night's rest on comfortable beds with quality linens, pillows, and comforters.

NEW PIER being installed this May with the availability to rent a new pontoon boat on site!

Parents: there is a hidden playroom upstairs, accessible through a Narnia-inspired wardrobe! Children will delight in this magical (and technology-free) space to read, play, and cultivate their imaginations.

New Year’s Getaway
This was the perfect spot for our children and grandchild to spend the holiday together. Nice kitchen for preparing meals. Great table for meals and game playing. Beautiful porch for enjoying the lake and the Naria room kept my grandchild busy for hours. We definitely want to come back !

Together Time
Just wanted to get my adult children, their significant others, and the grandparents together for time together. Despite Mother Nature taking a turn for the worse the day our vacation started, we managed to enjoy ourselves by playing games on the spacious porch overlooking the lake. The house was comfortable and plenty large to accommodate the 9 of us for meals. We are hoping to enjoy the lake next time.

So much to love!
We had 4 generations on our family vacation. Ranging from 5 weeks to 86 years! We were very pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was. Super kid friendly from the children's dishes to the little chairs! All our needs were met. Plenty of towels as well. Loved all the garage games and enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit. The “secret room” was a huge hit with our almost 3 year old granddaughter! The lake was great and the Pontoon was a wonderful bonus! Booking process and communication was great. Highly recommend this property and location. Hope to visit again one day!

Home away from Home
I am so impressed with this property. Absolutely loved staying here. We spent 10 days roaming around Wautoma, Red Granite, Berlin, and Princeton, all the while knowing we would come back to this place. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, coffee was provided, and view was spectacular. We even did a bit of fishing and paddle boarding. The best part was having the ability to sit out on the dock first thing in the morning and watching the sun set in the evening. Thank you for the perfect accommodations while we were away from home.

Comfortable Winter Retreat
Three families with young kids had a wonderful time enjoying the very well appointed home. Plenty of room for kids to play and parents to socialize. We enjoyed the view of the frozen lake while sipping on our morning coffee before heading out for skiing and snow tubing at near by Nordic Mountain. We stayed for 2 nights for a cousin get together. Loved the 3 season porch, looking forward to returning when it’s warmer to enjoy the porch and the view. Was very clean and very comfortable beds! There was 8 of us and already said we’d rent this one again. No big issues and well stocked kitchen and enough towels.

Lovely home and setting for a family gathering
The Silver Lining home on Silver Lake was beautiful and perfect for an extended-family gathering including grandparents, adult kids and our adult kids! This home is beautiful and the westward view of the lake and sunsets is spectacular! It is so well stocked and so comfortable; I have stayed at many rentals and Kyle's home has been by far the best as far as having all the "extra" amenities you'd need! This includes things like a great coffee station with plenty of nice coffee mugs, a huge spice rack, dishes and glasses for a big crowd, as well as plenty of detergent, paper towels, cookware, games, movies, kleenex, etc. and kayaks too! (The only thing we suggest adding is a pitcher for making juice or lemonade in). Everything felt extremely clean and well kept! The comfortable Queen beds and room configurations, and extra blankets and pillows, made it easy to sleep 14+ of us, and all the seating options out back, on the porch, in the house were so wonderful! We also appreciate that they carefully recycle. We LOVED the Narnia room and applaud its brilliance! It was a great home in which to celebrate with our family! Thank you to all of you for sharing your lake home!

Stay was amazing for the whole family The Narnia room was a big hit for three grand children ranging from ages 1 to 8 The beds were very comfortable and spacious .The bathrooms and every room was extremely clean the fire pit outside was great the kayaks were wonderful the kitchen was fully stocked and the large dining table was all in one area so we were able to all sit together and eat with our six children and three grandchildren And two daughter-in-law’s and we were blessed to be able to bring our dog with us to join the family. And the sunroom was a great place to sit and look out at the lake. It was truly a gift from God

My only complaint would be the cleaning service. The coffee grounds were not cleaned out, there was food in the sofa cushions from previous guests, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher and spiders all over the entryway. One could expect some spiders being on a lake, but the doors were covered with cobwebs and spiders.. To pay a service $250 for a partial clean isn't fair to the owners. Lots of mosquitoes after sunset. Bring your bug spray! Had a good time.

Great Long Weekend
One of the most well stocked properties I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful view of the lake. House was beautiful with plenty of beds. It was so nice to have things like coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper available. Many properties don’t have that. Property is on a very busy road that we did not realize but you can’t hear any of the traffic when you are inside or on the pier. Such a clear, warm, beautiful lake.

We had a great time with 3 families at this property. It exceeded expectations and was better than the pictures and description. I have rented several times up in Wautoma and grew up going to this area as my grandparents and now parents own a cottage on a different lake. Silver lake is the premier lake to be on at July 4th with amazing fireworks and proximity to everything also for boating. I was up there with my 2 sisters and their families which was all age 13 and up so we needed good size beds and bedrooms. The bedrooms were big with comfortable beds and bedding. Definitely recommend this rental especially if you have a lot of people but they are older teens/adults and you don’t want the bunk bed type rentals. The dining room table was perfect for all of us to gather at times for meals or games. Place was very clean and well taken care of. The porch seemed newer and was amazing as originally I was worried about having enough space without a basement or game room but the porch was perfect for this. It was huge and wrapped around with a pullout futon. It had a smart tv the kids used for their Xbox. There was lots of seating and it was as so pretty to look at the lake but be protected from mosquitoes. The property had just changed ownership a few weeks prior to our arrival which was I think a good thing. The owners went above and beyond with little extra amenities like chargers plugged into extension cords for anydevices, blue tooth speakers, s’mores kits, smart tvs, lots of cards and board games, shampoo/conditioner body wash in bathrooms, all cooking supplies including big spice rack and oils etc. The garage had kayaks and paddle boards and an extra refrigerator we used for beverages and ice. There was also some air hockey and foosball and 2 sets of cornhole the kids used. Nice firepit area and docks with plastic Adirondack chairs. The owners were very easy to get a hold of if we had a question. Amazing location near famous Silvercryst supper club we could actually walk there through front yards in a few minutes or boat over and dock at their slips. The driveway holds alot of cars it is on a busy road but set back far enough but if young kids or pets with you will need to be aware. We rented a pontoon boat for the week from Marks Marina and they deliver and pick up at the boat ramp. . You are also super close to Moose supper club and town to do food shopping or ice cream etc.
