Amazing view of the Mahalia bay were the humpback whales calve their young. We saw hundreds of whales from the lanai. Property is old and could stand to be updated but so is all the other properties on that side of town. Pool was small. If you want to whales watch while you sip coffee and MaiTai’s from your lanai in February this is the place to be

Location was great. Just steps away from the beach. The condo is "tired" and would benefit from a remodel. I found that the interior shower door was off its upper track. I got it back on its track, but it fell off again when I tried to move it. I did not try to use it again due to safety concerns. The TV remotes didn’t work. The living room TV wasn't wired correctly to the receiver (I found that the HDMI 3 port on the TV was defective).
