"This home was a nice, quiet, and cozy place for our weekend stay in VB. The host was very easy to communicate with. Home is close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space. Only suggestions for the property is to provide dish towels for the kitchen. Overall.... great stay, no complaints. Thank you so much to this host for opening their home to us!"

"Was looking for a place to stay for myself along with a group of undergraduate students for participation in a competition at the nearby state park. This was a great spot, and the house layout made it easy for the students and I to have separate spaces."

"The property was exactly as shown. Check in process with easy and streamlined. The bathroom a little tight for a larger person but for me was perfect. Kitchen smaller but I was able to make it work and cook when I did. My walk to the beach was about 10 mins and the restaurants within the block were excellent. I will defiantly be back!!"

"8 minute walk to the beach. Perfect space for family of 3 with a dog. 2017 Kia Sorento fit in garage with a roof top cargo container. Tight squeeze to get out of the car but the car fit. Yes there are jets frequently flying over but that’s what you get when booking in this area. Loved the space! Convenient location to all activities we did!"

"House was exactly as expected. This is our second year staying in this property complex. The house was very clean, spacious and a great location. Perfect for our big group as each family had their own space and bathroom on the second and third floor. Main floor open layout is great for hanging out together, cooking and eating. We had a small problem with the door lock during our stay, but called the maintenance number and Tom quickly and effectively took care of our issue. Parking can be...

"Our stay was during Hurricane Ian. It was a lot of wind and rain but overall, we had a ball riding out the storm. From the highest point of the house, it was an unobstructed view of the beach. The house does need updates as you could tell from the leaks during the storm. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful house"

"Room was spacious and clean. Staff was kind,helpful and communicative.Location is good,one block away from beach.Convenient parking. Hot tub was very nice. Our balcony had a marina view. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath with a common area and galley kitchen.Rooms are a little worn and could use updating but was exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. Worth the price for the area."
