There were so many miistakes, I was told my room was on the 6th floor, I was looking at my key card that said 306 and I said Are you sure it's the 6th floor? she said yes, and I said 6, right? and she said yes again, so i wasted time going to the 6th floor and looking for my room and had to go back to the desk again. 30, 40 minutes .... then, she also forgot to tell me she sent me an email with my parking pass so after all that wasted time, I had to go back again to get my parking pass, so, anyway, the check in process was very slow and painful!
