"The check in was a breeze. Francesca was extremely helpful to work with. She’s fluent in English, and helped us with everything, like directions to the town and parking. There’s a big parking lot in front of the hotel. While the room is a little dated, it is compensated with nice balcony overlooking the sea, and the best Buffett Breakfast in our Italian tour. We also requested 2 extra pilliows as there were only 2 pillows. Thanks Francesca. Will be back."

"The residence was conveniently located a 10’ walk from the center, in a rather quiet neighborhood. The appartement itself was a bit small but very clean when we arrived but no room cleaning was offered or done. In fact the only weak point was that the air conditioner was located in the living room, NOT the bedroom, so the temperature was a bit warm for sleeping."

"It's a hotel that caters to families, with sports like tennis, volleyball, swimming. They also have a playground and offer activities for kids at the pool area. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of cold meats, breads, coffee, teas, yogurt, etc. I didn't try the restaurant. There's also a pizzaria and a bakery walking distance from hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, didn't like the soap though. Also a patio where you can hang your clothes. If you want to go to the beach you need...

"We felt deceived from the start as all the photos on EXPEDIA showed glamorous hotel lobby, beautiful hotel rooms, glorious shots of the beach and pool, instead when we arrived we were directed to the chalets and given a map on how to find our accommodation. This hotel/chalet is quite a distance from Vieste. With a lack of public transport and no restaurants or CAFEs nearby, it was isolating. The hotel does offer a shuttle but this needs to booked and due to its popularity can be hard to access....
