I will not come again in this place. Dirty, nothing that was working properly (even broken furniture in the room) and the value for money is less than zero.

Clean room, but lack of facilities
Clean room, but 8 persons with only ONE socket? Impossible to imagine. Two bathrooms, 1 with no hot water. Everything was fine beside that.

PLEASE READ - BED BUGS
Please have a read of this review as I am not usually someone to complain. My wife and I are travellers and we stay in budget hotels/hostels all the time. We pay cheap and expect the worst. Damp, mouldy walls, cold showers ( if they even work) dusty, small old and tired rooms etc. That comes with the territory of cheap rooms whilst travelling (especially in Asia). We are completely fine with this and have never had an issue. This guesthouse is something else. We wish we had read the reviews on here before we stayed. When we were lying in the bed (at 4pm in room 203) and we saw a bed bug crawl in between us. We then lifted the duvet and looked underneath and the bed was literally crawling with bugs. They were literally everywhere. We went down to reception and he just offered us another room (room 101) which we have seen on reviews after this incident has also had bed bugs in it. We said no to him and asked for a refund. He would not give us one because we had booked through hotels.com and it was the day of booking. I told them that they will still get paid and that we wanted a refund to go to another hotel. He told us that we had to wait for his boss who was at the market and would be an hour. We said this was not good enough and so he called and said 20 minutes. 50 minutes later she walked in and would not give us a refund and just laughed at us. This was not a language barrier. She didn’t look surprised at the bed bugs (neither did the first guy). They just laughed.

寝るだけ
寝るだけで考えるなら、ありかなと思う。エアコンがなく扇風機しかないので若干部屋が暑いです。泊まった部屋は電気が時々つかなくなったりする事もありました。バスの予約をした際は、丁寧に対応して頂きました。

立地は最高
２月に１泊シングルルーム、共同バスルームで利用しました。 エアコンなし、扇風機あり、コンセント１つあり。ミネラルウォーターあり。朝食は３種類から選べる。 立地は最高。川沿いのナイトマーケットや中心街にあるナンプ広場も徒歩圏内。食べる所やレンタルサイクル、マッサージなど困ることはない。 施設は古く、窓の鍵が閉まらなかった。清潔さは最低限のレベル。シーツやタオルはきれいでした。 値段がとにかく安いので、また利用してもよいと思った。

Ok fast lite eftersatt och ingen verkade bry sig
Mycket som är trasigt och fungerar inte när det gäller badrum och toaletter. Verkar som om ingen vill laga sånt som är trasigt. Läckande vatten och lampor som inte lyser. Trasig lampa i en toa och ingen verkade bry sig

只有價錢便宜....
說好的一天一瓶水都沒有。房間也都完全沒整理。毛巾一條用三天。沒有熱水。隔音超級差。房屋簡陋不乾淨。廁所也都沒整理...唉。僅有接待人員跟早餐的服務人員態度好。 No change towel. Only one water in first day. No hot water in second floor. It's noisy. Dirty room and toilet. The only thing I like is the reception boy and breakfast girl. They have a good attitude Otherwise is a good location but this capital is too small and nothing to do.

ロービーテラスは居心地は悪くないです。
シングルルーム、ファンに2泊しました。部屋は窓なしで寝るだけでの部屋です。8月ですが普通に寝れました。前の人が残していったゴミがそのままでしたので自分で片付けました。 朝食も3種類から選べます。 神経質な方は無理ですが。 値段相応です。 レンタルバイクも有り3日間借り本田の125でヴァンヴィエンの手前の湖のダムまで行きましたが調子よかったです。
