"I was initially surprised when the Hotel KaiserHof Wien charged me 240 Euros for a rollaway for my 2-night stay. I attempted to change my original booking from 2 adults to 3 and were not able to accommodate me in an updated room. The rollaway solution was fine (I had to suggest it) but I was surprised at the cost for the level of comfort and space we ended up sacrificing. The morning breakfast was delicious! Impeccable service. There is a cool lobby bar with a groovy bartender. "

"Overall the hotel is good. Great location and friendly staff. I didn’t like my first night as the aircon was locked so I was far too hot and barely slept. I didn’t realise it was locked but when I asked a member of staff in the morning it was sorted out quickly. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic at busy times. There’s a selection of vegan and gluten free foods but I think it would be more helpful if they were together instead of spread out - this would also help anyone with allergies avoid cross...
