“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Die Unterkunft hat eine recht gute Lage (Supermarkt, kleine Läden und Restaurants in unmitttelbarer Nähe, 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, von dort ca. 5 Minuten ins Zentrum) Check-in war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein paar Informationen über Müllentsorgunmg, Reinigung usw. wären hilfreich gewesen. Netterweise hat man uns ein größeres Appartement gegeben. Die Wohnung selber war praktisch mit Schlafzimmer, Bad, Balkon und Küche, aber nicht wirklich schön oder gemütlich. In der Küche fehlten……

“Was für eine zauberhafte Unterkunft! Die Gastgeberin Erika meldet sich ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft und erklärt einem das "Lock-System" um seine Schlüssel in Empfang zu nehmen. alles funktionierte reibungslos. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ende des Hinterhofes und erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Unten befindet sich eine große, voll ausgestatte Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer sehr bequemen Couch (die zur Schlafcouch ausgezogen werden kann) und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Eine Wendeltreppe führt……

“There was a major problem with the air conditionning which was dripping a lot even when it was close and the problem is that they knew about it because the floor was wet when we came in, also the wall and the door were wet. Someone came to fix it when we called but did not fix it and nobody offered us to change room or reimburse us. Beste Infrastruktur für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Gastgeber Simone Cosinelli ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jeder Zeit zu empfehlen!”
