"It's a decent place, close to O'Hare International Airport and Chicago. The staff are great and they do their best with what they have available. This is the 2nd time I'm here and I have noticed improvements. My only suggestion is to retrain the cleaning crew because they get a 0....."

"They have a coffee bar, but no staff barista. The front desk clerk made our coffee and it wasn't great. There was a family with screaming children on our floor. But the room was big, and very clean. The free breakfast was good too. Overall it was a good stay all things considered."
