Sorry that you had a bad review of the property but we never stated we have mirrored windows anywhere In any web site or on premises for privacy you close your blinds like in any hotel or house, also every room has a coffee maker with coffee and all the things to prepare your self a good cup of joe before 8am why didn'tyou use that, also on Orbitz our property description states that our free continental breakfast is served from 8am to 11am everyday. I Can't understand why do you complain of things that where stated in you room description and our hotel policy.

Hi! Our hotel concept is to disconnect and appreciate the nature. Also for the pool, you can bring snacks and beverages as long as they are not alcohol beverages, and no glass containers are allowed on the pool area. Thank you for understanding. And thank you for booking with us.

Sorry about that we are in a rural area where our services main power company has problems more in summer because of the high demand, there are no land lines on the area and no telephone company, all the hotel in the area are of the grid that's is some how makes us special so you can disconnect a little Still I am sorry you had to walk to the lobby, and you where there when the power company had problems. We don't have television on the rooms and is described on you booking site and is also so you can relax and enjoy nature.

We are really sorry for the Powe outage, we where Informed that a car accident was responsible, the utilities company worked fast and got it fixed, accident do happen and we are sorry for you inconvenience.

Our working hours are from 8 am to 9 pm as it is noticed on every website, reservation or any other place you can find information of us. You arrived by 2 am, is absolutely impossible for us to make a check in on those hours. Sorry you hace to find another hotel, but your check in time ended up by 9 am, so by that time, it was impossible. is important for us a bussines to give you a very good service, but is important to you as a guest and client to respect the work ours of us, that has been always explained on every way to get information of pur hotel. Obviusly on our time we serve our clients, from 8 am to 9 pm we do as best as we can, and forunately we love to do it and we do a very good job. Have a good day

Hi! We are sorry you have not beeb in the room you wanted, but this issue comes from the room you choose at the moment of booking on the expedia website. We have pictures and the type of room is just as you have chosen. The price is also different. When you receive your expedia confirmation it provides all the information about que room you have booked. Hope you have a great day.
