Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. "First, I’m American. When we pulled up to this complex, I was worried. But when I met the owner and her daughter, I was enchanted. The property is truly a hidden gem. There is a lovely kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We cooked three dinners and did laundry! There is a tiny courtyard where you can relax or hang the clothes to dry. The downstairs has a bedroom, 1/2 bath and family room for relaxing eating, and tv watching. "The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. "Hands free check in was so easy and smooth, not having to arrange times, update on journey, could make our own way without time limits, and didnt have to find people after arriving was really nice. De paar nadelen is de buurt het is een soort achterstandswijk van Valencia. Dat vind ik wel eng in het begin vooral omdat de jongeren vooral in de buurt van de woning aan het hangen zijn .Ook vonden we het best eng om onze auto buiten te parkeren in de straat.
