Segunda vez q voy, esta vez fui con mi mami para pasar un tiempo juntas, fue un poco tedioso llegar al hotel x la carretera, no podíamos pedir delivery xq cambiaron las condiciones del hotel, si o si debes consumir en el restaurante del hotel o salir al centro a comer… la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento, pero la habitación estuvo impecable y las áreas comunes tienen bonita arquitectura

Wifala Harmony is an absolutely amazing retreat kind of place! If you are looking for HARMONY this is a place for you!! Very unique building and room design! They have a beautiful garden with a Mountain View where you can have your meals if you choose so. There is a very impressive restaurant right in the hotel - meals are very tasty, very healthy and have a visual presentation of an upscale restaurant! We loved their chef a lot! They offer massage services which we enjoyed as well. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel if you want some quiet time an a change from Cusco’s July loudness and it’s altitude

The staff at the front desk wanted to charge us extra for two members of our family even though we were 6 people in total and our expedia confirmation explicitly said it was for 6. Terrible

Our adventure began with high hopes as we embarked on our journey to Wifala Hotel. The closer we got, the more our excitement grew. Stepping out of our airport transfer(150sol), we were met with large doors that slowly opened, revealing a stunning architectural marvel adorned with vibrant greenery. Opening the door to our room, we were greeted by a breathtaking view and impeccable accommodations. The first night, we had one of two rooms booked and wondered why. The nights passed, and more guests arrived, bringing the dormant hotel alive. As dawn broke, we strolled through the lush garden, enveloped by the majestic mountain scenery & crisp air. Along the way, we struck up a conversation with a warm and welcoming man who turned out to be the hotel's manager. He shared his vision & passion for the hotel. Every day, we were treated to a delightful breakfast featuring an abundance of choices like chocolate-covered pancakes, yogurt with granola, fluffy omelets, and invigorating coco-leaf tea. Dinner was a culinary masterpiece, rivaling that of renowned five-star establishments, yet without exorbitant prices. The staff's attentiveness surpassed all expectations, showering us with pampering that was fit for esteemed guests. If you plan to visit Machu Picchu or delve into the wonders of The Sacred Valley, let Wifala Hotel be your base camp. Don't waste valuable time shuttling back and forth to Cusco.

It was awesome ! Great outdoors with plenty of comfortable places to seat and relax ! And there will be a pool available soon , Sandra and Rosa were very kind and helpful , I also had a chance to meet the owner and they seem wonderful people !

My girlfriend and I were breath-taken at this beautiful place, the architecture and hospitality was amazing. The front desk and staff are the sweetest and always there to help you in any need. What shocked me the most was the chef! We’ve tried every single dinner dish and all i can say is WOW! We loved every night staying here. Very peaceful and relaxing, this is a highly RECOMMENDED location. Thank you!

Cool experience
Unique hotel in Urubamba. If you want to be mind blown by architecture, this is the place to be! We had a great stay here. Note: there isn't a restaurant inside of the hotel, so be prepared to taxi or order delivery.

Beautiful location. Inspired by Gaudi out of Spain. Hostess was very accommodating and took the time to help us with wine, directions, and setting up transportation. Would highly recommend the place.

This place was so cool! It just opened four months ago and I feel so fortunate to have discovered it before word gets out and it's tough to book. The design feels like the Flintstones moved to the moon and the hospitality felt like you were being taken care of by your new Peruvian aunt and uncle. Valle Sagrado was one of my favorite places to visit in the world and I'm so glad we stayed here in Urubamba.

Cool & amazing design: bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful and comfortable with each room unique. Hosts of Ernesto, Monica and their staff of Angel & Jose were very welcoming, providing lots of hot water, friendly conversation & even breakfast an hour earlier to accommodate our travel plans. Location bit further out but worth it.

Ernesto and his staff took very good care of us. We had an excellent time at a unique and comfortable hotel. We were able to see Incan ruins on the mountain from the hotel and hike to them in less than an hour.

Coolest hotel EVER!!!! The owners were incredible!!! Every time we needed a taxi to go get dinner, he called and then made sure to talk to them and made sure we were safe! One morning we needed the train super early, he packed a picnic for us! The hotel itself is a MUST SEE! Half UFO, half submarine with touches of Gaudi!!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

Hosts Ernesto and Monica are super lovely, taking care of all our needs. The hotel is very new so there are small areas to finetune but the hospitality of the hosts made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The architecture is unique and the location is tranquil. It’s quite off the beaten track, so best to get the driver to call the hotel for directions before heading down.

The place is very unique and clean. The owner was there and he is very nice. The property is finishing construction in the next month. It’s one of the most unique places I have stayed in. It’s surround by mountain and local village. Food was good. Very nice place to sit outside and watch the stars at night.

Me gustó mucho la infraestructura; sin embargo, agregaría más actividades por hacer en el hotel y en caso tengan temporada baja no mostrar toda la carta de alimentación cuando al final solo tienen 2 opciones de entrada, fondo y 1 postre. Si es el cumpleaños del cliente, entregarle un detalle.

El espacio y la arquitectura es lindo. Pero es un lugar pequeño poco patio . No muchas áreas para caminar . Las únicas dos formas de llegar en auto son incómodas . Estacionar es incomodo . Si sales a hacer lo que sea te agobian con la pregunta de que en cuanto tiempo vienes . Una noche llegue tarde en la noche y ni había forma de entrar si no te abren. Y me toco tocar varias veces el timbre para que me abrieran .Las habitaciones no son del todo privadas ,te pueden ver por las ventanas . O tienes que estar encerrado sin luz natural . No tienen buena cisterna . Jacuzzi no me funciono . Para cuando fui tampoco funcionaban los calefactores. El restaurante es bueno . El desayuno muy pequeño . No hay servicio a las habitaciones . Si llevas comida a la habitación te agobian con la limpieza e insisten mucho con las hormigas lo cual se entiende pero deben tener un poco más de tacto . Tuve problemas con mi reserva.

Una muy buena experiencia, un gran lugar para pasar las vacaciones y conocer. El único detalle a tomar en cuenta es las diferencias que hay entre las horas que indica la plataforma y las horas reales de almuerzo, desayuno, check in y check out.
