I paid more for it thinking it was nicer, but honestly it wasn’t (I stayed in two hotels on my PA trip). Nothing special about this hotel. No pool. Breakfast was ok. Self parking. Beds are fine. I think the bed was more on the firm side, which I like. Nothing right next to it but a plaza across the street and gas stations. Room wasn’t spotless but it wasn’t super nasty either. Smelled fine (a lot of hotels have a weird smell).

Property itself is fine. But... Poor communication. Informed them about temperature being too cold through email and text. But never got a response and had to sleep with clothes on. Window shades were too thin to block light from outside.

no place to park while checking in/unloading unless using valet parking.check-in desk people were SO unfriendly, unhelpful, unappreciative, disinterested that I felt bad for bothering them. they hand out a piece of paper with a few pieces of info so they don't have to bother themselves with being helpful. parking garage was close enough, but would have been horrible to bring in suitcases in bad weather. great amenities in room and it was clean and nice. Staff in lounge was hugely disinterested and snotty and unhelpful as well. Really felt like they just wanted to talk with each other and not bother. Again, not helpful, didn't come to table - had to go back to bar to order drink/dinner. They were still talking one another while I stood there waiting. No niceties or greetings at all while I was there. Had 2 of the same drinks which were very different from each other and very, very small. food was good, but would never come back due to really unconcerned staff.restaurant was supposed to open for dinner, but did not - many confused guests and lounge staff seemed confused as well. all-in-all, nice hotel location and room, but don't expect any kind of service or personal interest AT ALL.
