"There was no hot water... way too cold to take a shower at 8am. Hotel said maybe the pilot light burned out, but they didn't offer to relight the water heater. There was no coffee in the restaurant. Room with balcony we booked had no balcony so they offered us an upgrade for 400 pesos for a room that I had already paid for. Very noisy hotel with paper thin doors. Seriously disappointing."
