"The condo was perfect for our needs! 4 en-suite bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were updated and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast each morning and dinner one night. The owner was super responsive and very kind! I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great stay. The only complaint which isn’t really a complain but a suggestion, it stated on the listing that they had a drip coffee pot but we did not find a drip coffee pot, just a Keurig. So I would suggest changing that part of the listing. It was very relaxing and peaceful."

"We took our boat and kept it in the private slip.The condo is super clean with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Several marinas real close that has all kinds of lures and live bait. One of the marinas has a restaurant that can make the best breakfast to go or dine in. I shouldn't be advertising because it might be booked next year when we go back, but It's the best location on the water."

"This condo is is a very nice area. The condo is very nice and clean. Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being replaced and the streets, both front and back were blocked off due to construction which made parking very challenging. Construction (pounding, hammering, banging) began early on the roof each morning, when we were wanting to sleep in! It would have been advantageous to have known going into the week that mornings were not going to be spent peacefully sitting on the...

"We came down for our son's graduation at UF. The property was top-shelf in every way. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even though we didn't have a chance to use the amenities, pool, exercise room, etc., we did walk through and everything looked great. If I had known about this property before this stay, we would have stayed here each time we came down to visit our son or drop him off for the school year (4 years).
