"What a delightful cottage steps away from the beach. We had been searching for a little gem like Las Casitas and it checked all the boxes. Easy check-in, great communication and quick response time to any questions we had. We flew in with no rental car. Grocery and Transit stop right across the street. "The views from the rental are breathtaking! The house was very clean and had been recently updated. Could use updated bedding and outdoor furniture (sheets were stretched out and didn’t fit the bed and outdoor furniture is plastic). But other than that appliances were updated and great location (walking distance to 7-11 for when you need anything). Would recommend!"

"This is the third time we've stayed at this property. There simply isn't a better place at this price. Some say the inside can use some updating, but I think it adds to the charm of the property. Also, you're going to (or should!) be spending most of your time at the beach, which is literally steps away. Can't wait to stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. You are literally across the street from a great beach, Caddy's the restaurant opens at 8 and has a good menu and good service. There is shopping nearby, but we spent all our time at the beach. The house has a cart and some toys available too which was really nice. There are a lot of stairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs and share one bathroom. There is full bath on the main floor along with a full size washer and dryer which is really nice. "Condo was on 2nd floor. Nice ocean view. Was clean upon our arrival. Only a few small maintenance issues which didn't affect our stay. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen could use some more items such as plastic cups. There were glass cups. Bare minimum to cook. The beach chais were nice. Overall would recommend. Check in staff was pleasant."
