"Coleen delivered exceptional customer service. Friendly staff, clean room, very spacious and loved the little accent pieces. "
"Sugar & Spice make Turtles Nest feel like home. We loved the pool and being able to eat breakfast outside each morning. It was very helpful to have bathrooms inside each room as a family of 5 being able to come in and shower quickly to make it back out to our next stop. The homemade breakfast each morning was amazing. Peta-Gay, Vincent and Zeb are very kind and thoughtful. Our cleaner lady who came was a Godsend who helped when my baby got sick. Next time we are in this area we will for sure stay at Turtles Nest. "Wonderful villa with a great host and onsite staff. Walk to a quiet, beautiful beach. Plenty of room. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms! Big plus for a big crew! We had the chefs prepare two meals and both were extraordinary! Full kitchen to prepare other meals. Five star visit!"

"I loved the size and layout of the property. Owner (Nadine) & property manager (Verona) was easy to work with.
The furnishings fits the style of the home and was modestly furnished. The location of the Villa is a short walk to the beach and the area is quiet and sleepy. Suggestions is to spray for mosquitoes: There were some fat mosquitoes in the rooms. Additionally, fix the bathroom latch: one of the bathroom door didn’t have a lock/latch. I think the property was a little pricey but served my parties needs."

"We stayed at Villa Optima for 22 nights. The host Paolo was wonderful. He responded essentially immediately, and provided extra items for the house whenever we asked. He helped us buy fresh fish and rum and other things we needed. The private pool was very pleasant, and has some nice shaded areas so you can hang out there for a long time. The beach was just 50 yards away. It is a sandy beach and you can easily swim in the ocean. Usually there was no-one else on the beach, it was never crowded. We did a lot of snorkeling and there are fish to see. You can easily walk along the beach to small restaurants/bars and swimming coves. The drive from Montego Bay airport was a bit long, but it was worth it. Treasure Beach is a very pleasant community. A few small shops and different restaurants to try. I found a tennis court to play on and saw a local cricket match. The house worked well for us. The three air-conditioned bedrooms were good for the up to 6 people in the group. The main living room/kitchen was spacious but could do with some improved lighting. It is not air-conditioned, but the floor fan helped a lot. There is a very large and pleasant veranda around 2 sides of the house. We hung out there a lot. But do bring insect repellent. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the house to others."

"Kudehya is why people wish to visit TBeach. Daily water & coffee could be supplemented with light breakfast of fruit, cereal & toast. I should have requested tea bags instead of coffee. We could walk to next door property for meals but lingering on Kudehya 's property in the mornings would have been lovely... the we maintained garden the spashing of waves & inviting breeze..just delightful! Outdoor shower very nice too but water is available too!"

"My husband’s 60 birthday bash with my family and friends! The Chateau is very spacious and comfortable. We were 14 adults and every couple had their own room and bathroom. The house has a wonderful outdoor space with a beautiful view and pool and many shaded areas! The staff is wonderful! The chefs made us some amazing breakfasts and dinners Jamaican style! Amazing!
The beach was beautiful. We swam every day. It is a 10 minute walk. We chose the house because of the view and it didn’t disappoint. Treasure Beach is a gem! Will go back for sure!!"
