"The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh"

"There was a slight odor of pine (I think) which I found offensive because I am super sensitive to scents. It was especially annoying when trying to fall asleep. Other than that, the condo is neat & well supplied for the small condo."

"Good location and clean. Lots of stairs! Garage only fits small vehicle. No response when messaged owner on day of arrival about where to park when our vehicle did not fit in the garage. Parked in a lot that appeared to belong to the building and woke up to a sticker slapped on the driver’s window that we could not park there. Other than that, good stay"

"My daughter and i were looking for a place to stay for her to decompress from grad school and wedding planning. It was spring break, quiet in traverse city, but that's what we were hoping for. The condo was very quiet for us, but there was no one really around. Rarely did we hear sounds from other condos and we never heard street noise. This condo was the perfect location. "It's was a cute condo but could use some updating of the recliner and pull out couch mattress. The ice maker in the freezer had mineral build up that left floaties in your beverage as the ice melted. The jetted tube needs to have the jets cleaned more frequently as they were filled with icky stuff. The hot tub and pool were closed and not scheduled to open until the next weekend which we wish we had known. We were looking forward to using them but were never informed of this aspect. The...
