Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Location was conveniently located next to center of town. Room could use some updating, particularly the uneven floor and well-worn carpet, and most especially the toilet (room 117), which was mounted to the wall rather than the ground and worryingly creaked and and showed signs of disconnecting from the wall (caulking splitting) everytime it bore weight. But overall we had an enjoyable and restful stay, thank you!

Not 5 Stars hotel
Stayed there for 4 nights, not worth €200 per night for the Superior room. carpet has a large patch of stain and it looks dirty, room lighting dark,dull and not pleasant , large bathroom area and the mattress were the pluses. No way it’s 5 stars hotel.

Great hotel. I highly Recommend. The staff is super polite and professional. The city’s key landmarks are within walking distance. There’s also a bakery and grocery store about 100meters from the hotel, which made buying whatever I needed to eat really easy.

Charming little palace, very centric with Michelin starred restaurant that is a must visit. This is the best hotel in town no doubt. Great for those seeking riverside walks, shopping, and dining options by foot.

Good choice
The staff was very nice. Location was good. The room was very weird - with shower visible from bedroom - no door and the tub was in the middle of the room. Bed was comfortable Light was very uneven and if you are trying to put on makeup in bathroom it is impossible. Hotel needs a refresh but breakfast was nice and there were a few vegan options.

Room was outdated which was disappointing given the price. Carpet in room, while clean, gave the room a musty smell. Tub/shower is tough to get in and out of as it’s high and not big.

Rooms in the first building did not live up to photos and we had an adjoining room where the people next door could be heard too easily. Reception was very helpful (and the bell boy) assigning a new room but unfortunately the replacement stank of cigarette smoke! Overall very disappointed with what I was hoping to be the premier hotel in Toulouse

This hotel went far beyond our expectations! My husband and I were there for vacation for one night and wished had stayed for a week. Our room was so beautiful, the bathroom was huge and we even had a lovely little covered balcony. The staff was so helpful and kind and gave us recommendations for everything to do in the city. We would definitely stay there again.

La Cour des Conseils is always welcoming. Nothing is too much. Staff take the innitiative to give additional service with perfect timing. This has been the second visit this year; I look forward to my next visit. Location is ideal for walks to sites, shops and importantly is a neighbourhood in which you feel comfortable at night.

Noise level from the street made it very difficult to sleep. Make sure you get a quiet room. Otherwise the hotel is magnificent. Unique in so many ways. A work of art.

Beautiful location
The hotel is in a supervening location. The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. The spa is not what one would expect in a hotel of this quality (no robes provided, changing in the treatment room, etc) so would recommend finding a spa elsewhere.

Nice hotel, in a good location. Easy to walk into the city. Rooms are big but very dark, the bathroom shower leaked terribly. Some of the fixtures and furniture could do with replacing, the room standard was nit good enough for the standard of hotel. Breakfast was poor at best, with limited choice. The hotel gym is tiny, dark with no equipment

Beautiful hotel is in a historical building at a great location, a few minutes walking to all attractions and the center of the city, there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed the stay very much. The staff are very nice. The room is beatifully decorated with modern amenties. The bed is very comfortable. We will certainly stay here again next time in Toulouse.

Lovely time in Toulouse !
Great Hotel, and wonderful service, right from arrival. If I was to find a small fault it is just with the limited fitness facility, however that is understandable with a listed building 300 odd years old... Overall excellent, and if back in Toulouse will stay here again.

The nicest thing about this beautiful hotel was the the employees. They are all so nice and accommodating. They really seem to enjoy their jobs. Vincent, Wilfred, ladies at the desk, breakfast servers and the maintenance man who ran down a few flights to get me a hairdryer and excused my horrific French. Great location adjacent to old part of town. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful hotel!
Our stay at La Cour des Consuls was one of our best finds! The staff there is cordial, helpful, and very professional. They parked our car in one of their two courtyards, carried our luggage to the room (thank you, Martin!) and gave very useful advice. Our rooms were large and luxurious, with many amenities and comfy bed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
