Good decent property ! Room not serviced in the three nights I stayed but nice enough! Not really sound proofed but the air conditioning smothered out the noise ! Great parking

Second stay in as many weeks. This time in room 14 and for an overnight stay I had no issues. Area around the property was fine for my needs. Staff were super helpful.

Being allocated an upstairs units for older patrons posed challenges. I am sure the advertising had free breakfast but the in room material indicated it was $7 per head. Limited in room furniture.

Our host was very welcoming and considerate. We visited on one of the busiest weekends of the year and got a last minute booking on someone else’s cancellation. While all other motels had raised their prices significantly, City Motor Inn deliberately kept their pricing reasonable. I appreciate the ethics and honesty of this decision. Our room decor was dated but spotlessly clean and had all amenities we needed. We were even offered a free breakfast in the dining room. The grounds were also maintained in an immaculate condition. Thanks for our stay, we will return (and book earlier next time!!!).

The managers were terrible. We ended up leaving before we had even stayed the night. Hoping they actually refunded us but they refused to give a receipt after verbally abusing us because we parked our car boot end first instead of front end. Would not recommend!

Your name is not Keith and you were never here. Malele, who tried to check in was told to leave after swearing at at staff and another guest. Police were called. The booking was cancelled and refunded and was given a receipt. You can say whatever you like but the loud mouthed woman who arrived was asked to leave before she even got to he room.

Wonderful clean, fresh feeling. Subtle & classic decor in my room a 20sq m. Great location, gentle stroll to local food takeaway strip mall. Gentle walk to Toowoomba Central. Genial & accomodating Hosts. Great experience & definitely a ‘value’ proposition. Will definitely use again when back in Toowoomba.

We travel A LOT and use wotif reviews to help us decide where to stay, but this has to be the most bizarre and rude service we have ever received in a motel. We asked some straight forward questions when booking in and he pretty much said you aren't happy, go somewhere else. We said we wanted to go ahead with the booking (we had already paid) but he said no. Gladly left and found another motel. He was rude to the customer in front of us as well, very disappointing

As you refused to complete your check in your booking was cancelled and you left. We cannot check a guest in if they cannot show ID and Credit Card as per your booking.

Great Hospital Motel
The Motel is in excellent position for hospital visit and also close to shops. Room was clean and tidy. Continental buffet breakfast was great had a good variety of food. Would stay again.
