The hotel is out of the way but a short taxi ride from the airport. They also offer van pick up and delivery during certain hours. The staff was very friendly without exception and was willing to help with any problems. The price was amazingly low for what they offer. The breakfast was good with good variety. I wasn't there for any other meal. My only complaint is that there are several steps up to the entrance, difficult for me with some orthopedic problems. I do think, however, that if I had asked at the desk, someone would have been happy to help me with my luggage when I arrived. They helped when I checked out. A great plus for me was that this was the only hotel in Europe during my 5 weeks of travel that had a top sheet on the bed!

Four Seasons was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Christoph was excellently he made my day every time we spoke. Thank you Christoph for providing me with excellent customer service. Most of the staff are pleasant. Nuff respect Four Seasons!

Hotel was close to airport which was convenient since I had a morning flight the next day. I got in late (after midnight) and Costas was there to take care of me. Very helpful and much appreciated. The property was very basic but exactly what I was expecting.

Cheap option if need to stay overnight near SKG
Had to stay an extra night when my reservation was rebooked to next day so I found this hotel for the cheapest rate and closest to the SKG airport. It's located in a remote location where there's no restaurant or shop nearby. I had to walk 2 miles to find a decent restaurant to eat. It's only a good place to stay if you just need to find a place with a reasonable rate near the airport but don't expect any good accommodations or anything great at this hotel. It's probably a 2-star rating at best for my personal opinion.

Horrible stay
I not happy at all. I booked room with balcony, but when i arrive i got something else, with very big noise.Room was horrible, without sockets and very not safe. I got shocked , when they told me go to the bar to buy wine for better sleep , because of noise. In the morning i ask to change room. I got another room, but not wortit money what i paid. Not recommended at all this hotel.

Fantastic value hotel
Does exactly what it should do. Spacious rooms, excellent friendly service and great views. Not the most modern complex but that doesn’t matter as it’s near the airport and very convenient.

We were the only guests at the hotel. Service was fine, but the hotel is tatty and needs updating. A mosquito net at the window was helpful, but the holes were not. Bathroom was basic and again, tatty, but clean and good enough. Breakfast was very basic - bread, ham and cheese. If they swapped the orange squash for orange juice and the margarine for butter, it would help. Really wouldn’t cost much to do this. I had emailed to ask about late arrival and request the airport shuttle but never received a reply. I asked again on arrival and was told it was all would be fine, but in the morning nothing had been organised and the shuttle driver was running late so we had to take a taxi anyway. Staff were very pleasant though and for the money it was good enough. This hotel is at the wrong side of the airport so costs 13 euros to get there. It is better to get a hotel closer to Thessaloniki if you are stopping off prior to a flight.

Good hotel very close to the airport. They have a pool which was nice and friendly staff. The room was a good size (bigger than most) the bathroom was also a good size.

They advertised refurbishment works that start at 8am until 5pm daily. I was staying in the 6th floor. The refurbishment works were on the 7th floor. I arrived at 12.30 am and set my alarm for around 8am as that’s when the noisy works start. At 6.55 am I was woken by workmen working on the floor above my room very noisily. That is earlier than advertised. There was also work taking place next to the lift on the 6th floor and plastic that was on the floor that I slipped on when taking my suitcases to the lift when leaving. Not a very pleasant experience at all.
