"If you enjoy being on the water this is the perfect house. We enjoyed spending time on the pier, relaxing on the screened in porch, and grilling out for dinner. The house is close to downtown Fairhope and Magnolia Springs for dining and shopping options. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a place in the area."

"Lovely location overlooking the bay. If you want to be outside of the busyness of the city but close enough to enjoy all Fairhope has to offer this is a great option. The home has some foundation/settling issues that need to be addressed but don't let this stop you from staying here. We had six adults in our party and had plenty of room. The sunsets are amazing! No boat dock/pier at time of our stay."

"Knight and Matt’s home is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed with local artwork, comfortable furniture, and everything you could possibly need. Right down to the spices and cooking essentials, their home is fully equipped. A view of pine trees outside every window enhances the serenity of the property. My husband, another couple, and I drove down from NC to witness spring migration (which never disappoints.) This will be our go-to place to stay for many returns!"

"The property was very clean and spacious. There was appropriate amount of most items to make it a comfortable stay for everyone. Great space to cook if you didn’t want to go out to eat every meal. Will stay here again if we are in the area. "

"Cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of beach toys and chairs were available. Probably would need to drive over to the public parking by the beach if you are carrying much for your set up on the beach. Get your shrimp at Billys and shop at Walmart for your groceries. Stay off the strip between Foley and Gulf Shores due to heavy traffic. Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Check-in was super simple. Upon arrival, the property was just as described and was very clean and spacious. The property had everything we needed to prepare meals if we decided not to go out. "We booked this rental for over 2 months while we were relocating and looking for a home of our own. We brought our dog and the host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The location is beautiful and a short walk to the beach and its very dog friendly. The rental was clean and inviting. Plenty of room for 6 or more guests.
