"Perfect"

"I booked this property quite a few months ago. I was traveling with my adult son. I am a 68-year-old female. I was very surprised to find that they had put us on the top floor and the elevator was broken and had been for at least 3 months. We had 2 large cases, 2 carry-ons, and 2 backpacks to get up there. This did not impress me. Other than that, the apartment was perfect and the staff are all very friendly."

But in general a really great place and so conveniently located with really nice people who take care of you."

"These are very nice apartments with a kitchenette, pleasant shower, and comfortable bed. We got an apartment with a sofa bed since we were with my daughter. Enough room for the three of us. The reception was nice and they offered to store our luggage. However, they did ask for a fairly hefty fee if we wanted to check-in early. They also booked us a cab to Heathrow. On the morning, as we were checking out of another serviced apartment, I called ahead to their contact number and they were able to confirm that I would be able to leave my luggage there ahead of my check in time later that afternoon.
