A comfortable hotel at a good price
The Brauerei-Gasthof Krone is a small, traditional hotel in the centre of town. They have free car parking outside the front door but spaces are limited so best to be there early. The guest room facilities are comfortable and modern if simple. However, while rooms have heating there is no air-conditioning so this may be an issue in summer. Also the rooms are located two floors upstairs and there is no elevator which is common in this style of hotel. The restaurant is typical of smaller regional hotels and can be busy with non-guests. There is no bar, only tables set for diners. The food off the German menu is excellent and they offer a delicious beer which they brew themselves. I’m not a beer drinker but it is delightful. Overall, a nice place for the price.

Nice Hotel - Center of the City awesome Restaurant
The location is priceless- the rooms new renovated and beautiful— but the stares up to the rooms in the 2th Flore are nothing for older people ore handicapped guests!! The Beer and food are awesome at there restaurant !!

Sehr angenehm geführter Gasthof mit excellenter Küche und tollen craft Bier und guten Zimmern. Leider fehlt ein Aufzug zu den Zimmern. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich, gerne auch mit Eier Speisen und gut.

À notre arrivée on nous stationne dans la petite cour de la brasserie avec les poubelles. Assez compliqué pour manœuvrer ! Pas d’ascenseur pour chambre au 2e étage avec mini fenêtre donnant sur la cour. WC dans la douche bien que les chambres soient refaites à neuf. Dommage compte tenu du prix . Nous décidons de ne pas dormir dans cet établissement. Le patron nous indique même un établissement voisin et comprend notre décision. C’est la première fois que nous ne donnons pas suite à une réservation faite sur votre site. Par contre nous nous permettons de vous indiquer un hôtel que nous avons trouvé sur place et qui correspond à ce que nous aimons trouver Hôtel RITTER Karlstr. 2-4 88069 Tettnang Nous aurons plaisir à y retourner. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig und es war etwas laut unten von der Straße her. Die Matratzen waren nicht das beste. Insgesamt aber ganz gut. Das Frühstück war perfekt das Abendessen war sehr gut und der Service war 1A.

Wir hatten ein schönes ausreichend großes Zimmer. Allerdings konnten wir nachts das Fenster nicht öffnen wegen Geräuschpegel von der Straße, keine Klimaanlage. Sehr freundlicher Service. Super Abendessen und Frühstück.

Lovely place, individual designed rooms, very clean with anything you need. Very good breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant which has typical german dishes which we liked a lot. There is not much parking, we parked in the nearby Parkhaus which was free and 3 min away from the hotel. The Parkhaus is looked during the night so need watch when it opens in the morning in case you need to leave early.

Wir waren 2 Nächte zu Besuch im Gasthof Krone. Das Zimmer war groß und neu renoviert. Die Betten empfanden wir als bequem, die Dusche und Sanitär hat uns auch gut gefallen. Jedes Zimmer scheint mit einem anderen Motto eingerichtet zu sein, die Bilder sind entsprechend ausgewählt. Besonders hat uns aber der wirklich großartige und freundliche Service begeistert. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt wurden wir immer sehr herzlich empfangen und uns geholfen. Vor allem beim (großartigen) Frühstück wurde perfekt auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Kleiner Tipp, wenn man eine Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit hat, diese schon am Tag zuvor anmerken. Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern wird toll zusammen gestellt an den Tisch gebracht. (Wir wurden auch immer gefragt ob es reicht oder noch etwas fehlt, für uns war es aber wirklich sehr ausreichend) Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel sind zwar vorhanden, reichen aber nicht für alle Gäste. Uns wurde aber sehr gut erklärt wo wir noch parken können, ein Parkhaus ist nicht weit entfernt. Da es am Wochenende kostenlos ist, haben wir direkt dieses benutzt. Was man wissen sollte: die Zimmer befinden sich im 2. Obergeschoss und wir haben keinen Fahrstuhl gesehen. Wer einigermaßen Treppen gehen kann wird kein Problem haben. Tolle Unterkunft Nähe des Bodensees. Man ist innerhalb von 15min in Kressbronn oder Friedrichshafen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, außer man ist sehr schlecht zu Fuß.
