"The property itself is great. Clean and quiet. I stay here quite a bit but after today I will be staying at a different location due to one staff member Jeff the manager. He is rude and lacks customer service. Previously during a stay we had an issue with the reservation dates and he refused to help resolve it. So,my family and I had to sit in the lobby for over an hour while a front desk worker tried their best to resolve the issue. And now today, this same manager Jeff, was extremely rude when...

"I have stayed here on two Prior occasions. The sunset view from the pool is spectacular and always one of the best views in the city! Atmosphere and style of this boutique hotel is awesome. The front desk staff is warm welcoming and very friendly. Super Cozy bed and love the coffee bar and fridge set up in the room. Located in a great spot walking distance to everything even in the heat. Will stay here again! "
