“We had the most amazing stay! The staff was super friendly, helpful and prompt. The town was cute and fun - check out the Detroit style pizza at brown dog pizza! The room was magical with the fireplace, the views and the alpine berry tea! We also had the most amazing breakfast at The View restaurant - must have the brioche French toast. This was our most favorite one night stay of a 7 day road trip! ”

“The location of the property it great. It is a good value. Close to Mountain Village and a gondola ride from Telluride. Clean. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking.”

“The house is very interesting with a unique flow (entry is on the third floor). Theater seating is a bonus! The driveway is tricky in the winter with a hairpin turn in the middle. The beds aren’t exactly as advertised, as one is a “kiddie” mattress in a loft (up a ladder). Really sleeps two couples (which we were not). Overall though, we liked the place!”

“Myself and one friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the easy access to slopes and Mountain Village as well as the quiet of the neighborhood. I did not feel that the property management company did right by the owner in the cleanliness or upkeep of the unit, it was quite dirty upon arrival. I hand wrote them a 1.5pg letter. It is a beautiful home and deserves to be cared for as such.”

“The view from this home is spectacular. It is a very roomy and comfortable home with walkable access to Bridges ski run. While the location is great, the included shuttle service is what made it practical. The local Telluride property management team was great to work with, but the main fireplace was not operational and the snow removal poor. At this price point, AvantStay should improve on maintenance of this beautiful property.”

“Very expensive for what you get. Probably because Telluride is an expensive town. Parking is on the street. No AC and Heat was imprecise to control. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Location can't be beat. 1 block from Gondola. 2 blocks from main street restaurants. ”

“Very conveniently located near Gondola station for making trips to Telluride and other places. Valet charged my Tesla also on premise which was great! Friendly staff, greeted me with name upon pulling in!! Will come back for longer stays with family.”

We loved it and are already planning our next visit! The owners were great hosts and very attentive to even the smallest questions for direction.”

“First time to Telluride and really enjoyed it! This "Cozy 1-bedroom" was more spacious than the name implies. THe gondola between Mountain Village and Telluride allowed us to park and leave our car (Tesla) the entire stay. AND the Tesla charging station in the gondola garage was also very convenient. I would recommend the Cozy 1-bedroom to others.”

“We had a great stay at Tristant for our annual ski trip with 9 guys. This is a great location and very convenient to the slopes, grocery, and the gondola. The only dissapontment was not being able to use the dial a ride shuttle. We tried multiple times get an acess code but every code we were given did not work. Overall the unit was great, and I would highly reccomend.”

“We have now come to Telluride two years in a row and love this subdivision. It has easy access to Sundance run and between the free shuttle service to Mountain Village and the Gondolas to Telluride town, getting around is easy! The only difficult thing is getting used to the altitude! This place in particular has so much space and is great for big families or a group of friends with many different living spaces so you don’t feel on top of each other! It’s clean and well-kept!
