The hotel is right next to the airport. They had a hot breakfast every morning (free) (eggs, sausages, hash browns, fruits, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal) My husband left a couple of things in the room and we had to catch our flight, we called the hotel and thank you so much to Natalie and Jade for going way beyond the call of duty to get it shipped out to us within two days. We greatly appreciate you both:)

Matt in the bar was excellent. Good service, recommendations for food. Reasonably priced food. Room was spacious although we ended up with a handicap room and we don’t qualify. Not sure how that happened. Staff was very friendly except for 1 front desk person. Wish the bathroom was not so close to the bed. Wish they had a night for the bathroom

Room was great had clean sheets clean kitchen and bathroom, showers works great and they provide everything for two people. Have to pay a 50$ deposit upon arrival which I didn’t read before booking but it goes towards the bar and breakfast nook but I’m assuming if you don’t use that deposit goes back to the original card payment. Overall I would stay here again and staff was super nice.

The Bar staff stop taking orders for dinner at random times when last call is apparently at 9:45pm. I was told the cook was backed up. Yet no one was present waiting for food. Complete bull.

This property is one of the best I have stayed in and we travel often. Claire, from the front desk was excellent!! Our plane arrived earlier than expected: Claire took care of it! The pool was closed: Claire called to sister hotel and we were able to swim! Short on towels: Claire personally made sure we were good! She is awesome! Aside from that, great breakfast, hot shower and comfortable bedding made for a wonderful stay! Highly Recommend!!!

All the staff were very nice, which includes housekeeping, front desk, staff. Some morning person at 4 AM at the front desk was Natalie absolutely wonderful. She’s a keeper. She got me some coffee and a muffin very pleasant and helpful. Very customer oriented. The shuttle guy was also very nice.

Beatiful property. The rooms have all you could ask for. They are midern, up to date and have a full kitchen. We only stayed one night. But if Inever fly in to Tampa again best believe this is where i'll be staying.
