Our entertaining 7 room villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your family and friends. With 5 bedrooms, this 2000sf villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with Stove, Oven, Over-the-counter Convectional Microwave Oven, Fridge and Freezer, Coffeemaker, Nespresso Cappuccino and Latte Maker, Toaster, Blender, Pots & Pans, Cooking/eating utensils, Iron, Ironing-board, Ice-Bucket and Wine Glasses. Kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and overlooks the spacious dining area and the built-in lodge-type fireplace. The kitchen bar with seating for 4 people is the perfect spot for a quick snack or morning coffee.

All restaurants and both 2 Arnold Palmer Golf Courses at Saddlebrook are open to the public at general public rates and Resort SuperPool can be booked through ResortPass. Tennis courts are private and tennis can only be played in pre-booked & pre-paid group tennis clinics at the tennis academy.

• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation, accepting the above house rules and ordinances.
