Good location good price.
Originally I was expecting to stay at another district but they must've had a mistake in not updating their location on the map on the hotels.com app. Apart from that mix up and having to travel a bit further then where I had originally planned to stay I would say the room and location for what the price was worth is well deserved. If you dont mind for appearances, the front desk isn't much and the rooms are simple but spacious enough. If you are looking for a place to stay thats cheap while enjoying the night life then I recommend you give it a shot. Just double check where the location actually is if they had not updated their map location already.

Convenient stay near the MRT station
The pro of this place is that it is SUPER convenient. If you are into the nightlife and what not, this is the perfect place for you. The con, however, is that it is way too loud. The building is full of night clubs and bars.

The staff was extremely helpful. I appreciate their kindness. However, the hotel was more like a motel in the 13th floor of a building. Although, it was a great location and easy to come and go, it wasn't the most comfortable. It's a great place to crash if that's all you're doing.

Good location,but difficult to check in
We were there for 2 days in Dec 14. We had difficulty checking in as the check in instructions were not well specified. The check in location was also away from the hotel. The hotel is situated in a building, so it is more of a "serviced apartment" rather than hotel room. The location of the hotel is good! Minutes away from MRT station and main shopping district.

good value for money, feeling like a guesthouse
good value for money, super close to mrt station, many shops, cafe and restaurants nearby, room is small but clean, air conditioner is quite but i could hear what other guest talk in their room. a little smell but tolerable. there was no shower room so shower was done in toilet. no room service at all but it was ok for me as i knew it upfront. easy to locate as i followed instruction from previous guest comment. i considered it a guest house instead of hotel. i guessed the owner had not obtained licence to operate it as i could not find any sign of hotel name in public area. overall, i was satisfied as i got what i expected with money i paid. my wife preferred to pay more for a normal hotel.

Great location but book only if you don't sleep at night! I stayed over the weekend and there was loud nightclub music, audible even with earplugs, all night. Then people start to talk loudly, sounded more like having a fight, at 5 am...

Pros - Location, Zhong xiao Dunhua Exit 2 Walk straight, to the left of starbuck, block 197 take lift to level 13 - Strong wifi. Router is inside the room - Water pressure just nice - Fridge was big - Hair dryer was great, with cool function - Room clean - Free loan of adapter, 3 sockets to use - Staff friendly Cons - Reception is until 8pm - No mineral water bottle. You have to bring you own bottle or take cups from there to drink mineral water. There is warm water too. - TV position not right. Hard to watch television from bed. - Room size about 14m2 - Stayed there 2 nights, towel was not changed, bed was not tidied up - No clothes hanger inside our room - Bed not high - Access into the room using key

駅前という立地はとても良い。
ホテル住所とマップの位置がかなり違っていた。住所が正しい。 駅前だし、備品は綺麗だし、インテリアもおしゃれです。 ただしベッドメイキングなどのサービスはないようです。

神経質でない方、寝れる場所があればいいという方。
二回目の滞在です。立地が最高だから。でも、同じビルにはキャバクラやホストクラブがあり、たまに日本の歌舞伎町にいそうな方々がエレベーターに乗ってきたりします。 でも、同じビルにはマイナー映画館やザラやスタバもあるから、危険なビルというわけではありませんよ！ スーパーのウェルカムやSOGOまでも徒歩15分だし、ビルの近くには薬局ワトソンもあります！ 25歳女性、一人旅が多くて大雑把な性格の私は、あまり気にせず過ごせますが、今回の旅で友人と共に泊まったら、友人は少し心配そうでした。 「値段は質に比例する」という言葉通りのホテルです。でも、安いからってシェアホステルで立地悪いホテルに比べたら、少し変なビルの中にある立地最高の最低限のものが揃うホテルということでマシなのでは笑 値段は私のタイミングでは、二泊で10000円でした。

忠孝敦化駅2番出口出たら左。ザラの隣のスタバからビルへ入り、通路左のエレベータで13階へ。エレベータ降下後左のスリガラスの中にフロントがあります。自動的に14:00チェックインになってるから、14:00頃行けるなら事前の電話は不要。私は連絡なしでら14:40に行きましたが問題ありませんでした。片言の日本語と英語と笑顔で出迎えてくれます。ゴミ交換して欲しくて問い合わせたけど、タオルや清掃は4日以上の滞在で対応してくれるらしい。でも、お願いしたらゴミ箱交換はしてくれました。(タオルやトイレットペーパーはしてくれなかったよ) ドライヤー、シャンプー、タオル大小2枚ずつ、テレビ、冷蔵庫があります。廊下にはウォーターサーバーも。これ、とても助かった。おかげで水代はかからず。 私は20代女性。初日の夜は、物音も気になり少し不安でしたが、二日目には慣れました。とにかく安いし、若者にオススメです。 エレベーターで仲良くなった英国の女性40代も、一人で滞在してたみたい。 ただ、フロントは不在だから、チェックアウトの時間変えたいときとかは電話しなくてはいけなくて、私は現地で電話一切使わなかったので、それは少し不便でした。本当、それだけ。 駅の地下街には、たくさんお店あるからお土産も買えるし、スーパーのウェルカムも、徒歩15分くらい！ 台湾雨多いから、地下街がすぐ近くにあるホテルは最高だと思いました。

全くお勧めしません
立地は良いです。立地と料金のみで選ぶ人には良いかもしれません。ただ、それ以外の条件を求める人は絶対にここを選ぶべきではありません。一見きれいですが清潔感はなく、ベッドは近くで見るとホコリだらけで、室内も細かいホコリやゴミが残ったままでした。安物のマットレスなのかわかりませんが寝ているときにマットレスのスプリングの形を感じて寝苦しかったです。しかも夜中まで絶えず近くの部屋から男女の笑い声などが聞こえて非常に居心地が悪かったし、深夜まで寝られませんでた。立地、値段、それ以外におすすめできることはありません。

위치좋고 가성비 괜춘한 숙소
위치가 아주 좋습니다. 던후아역 바로 옆이구요...다만 처음가실때 찾기가 좀 어렵습니다. 간판도 없고 안내 표지판도 없습니다. 스타벅스 표지판보고 들어가서 그 안에 건물 관리인분에게 물으니 13층으로 가라고 하더군요,,, 건물 층별 안내도에도 없습니다. 작지만 싼가격에 하루이틀 머무실 분이라면 추천합니다. 대만에서 크고 싸고 좋은건 없으니까요... 돈대로 가는거죠

ここにして正解でした。
皆さんの口コミを見させていただきホテルの位置もすぐにわかりました。 フロントの方も丁寧に優しく対応してくださいました。 忠考敦化駅がすぐ前にあり、どこに行くのにもすぐに行けてこれだけでも、このホテルにして良かったと思いました。 部屋も綺麗でゴミも毎日取りに来ていただいていて良かったです。 ただ一つだけ、すぐ下にクラブがあり1日目の深夜ケンカが始まり、かなり長い時間大きな声が聞こえてきて眠れませんでした。 次の日からもやはり音楽だけはずっと鳴っている状況でしたが、ホテルに戻ってくるのも夜遅くですぐに寝てしまったのでさほど気にはなりませんでした。 帰りの便が早かったのでフロントの方に挨拶出来ずに帰ってきてしまったので、この場をお借りして、ありがとうございましたと伝えれたらと思います。

地下鉄駅及びショッピング食事場所へのアクセスがとっても便利
場所がとっても便利なところにあります。口コミを見ながら行ったので迷わずたどり着けました。 口コミを見てチェックインが無事に出来るのかどうか心配でしたが、入り口にあるチャイムを押したら、すぐにホテルの人が出てきてチェックインもスムーズでした。部屋はきれいでした。ただ窓が同じフロアにあるホテルの向かいに面しているので、カーテンは開けられませんでした。バスルーム(シャワー)とトイレの仕切りが何もないので、シャワーを浴びる時注意です。短い滞在で満喫したい人にはとっても便利な場所です。

とにかく立地が良いです。忠孝敦化駅から徒歩10秒でホテルのあるビルに着けました。 タクシーやレストランの手配などをホテルスタッフに期待する人には勧められませんが(フロントにスタッフは常駐していません)、ローカルの友達の部屋を暫く借りる感覚で過ごせました。
