I reported the night i stayed to front desk i had no hot water in sink or shower. She daid let.it.run for at least 20 minutes. I didnt do that. When checking out my daughter was with me told the manager i had no hot watwr. He went to my room of course sink water ran warm. He told both my daughter and i would see something on my credit card Five days later he hasnt processed anything. When calling left my phone number etc. Nothing, very unprofessional. He basically is dodging me.

We liked that the place was clean. The only concern I had was that the coffee makers drip spout was caked with gunk. So we didn’t use it. We weren’t expecting perfection, we just asked that the room be clean and the area around the motel clean and it was. And it was quiet with no problems around the area. Nice. I also needed a downstairs room due to having had surgery recently and also having a badly sprained foot We got that and were able to park right in front of our room. That was greatly appreciated!!
