"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

When we got there, the host didn’t show up. We stayed outside in the rain and cold about 45 minutes .Tried to call them but the call didn’t go thru. Contacted hotels.com they recommended to cancel the reservation and rebooked another since they couldn’t contact the host neither. Fortunately a resident let us go inside and...

"Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks....

"Very cost effective for Zurich. It is walkable from the train station, if you are willing to walk just over 20 minutes but transport is good also. Only downside was we were only provided one pillow each which was a little uncomfortable but overall it was a good place to stay."
