"Room was very clean and tidy. More than enough space for the two of us. Tea and coffee making machine in the room, as well as a mini fridge, which was unexpected, but very welcome. A variety of breakfast items are available as well as an option for full english. Hosts Richard and Karen were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again, and would thouroughly recommend staying at The Clarence."

"I came with my elderly mother to her favourite retreat, the stay was relaxing and very kept and had beautiful decor. The area was a beautiful spot but the hill is very steep, we we’re aware of the as we’ve been to swanage many times and also Ros advised us before we booked, he was also very helpful to our needs, we found him very approachable.
