Suwon doesn’t get the attention the city deserves and I think the pricing of this hotel reflects that as the rooms are cheap yet are very well presented. The reception staff were very accommodating too. I would certainly visit Suwon again and happily stay here again. Good job.

직원이 조식에 관하여 오래된 빵 부터 먹으라고하여 매우기분이 않좋았음. 조식포함이라고 하긴 너무빈약한 빵, 계란 커피정도라 조식 제공 이라 할수없고 식빵은 기간이 지난것같음

안녕하세요 고객님일단 먼저 불편함을 느끼신 부분은 죄송합니다. 식빵은 유통기한이 길지 않아서 날짜 확인 후 바로바로 구매해서 넣어둡니다, 그러므로 유통기한 지난 빵은 전혀 제공 하지 않고 있으며 물론 조식 여부를 선택 하실 수 있지만 조식 개념보다는 저희는 서비스 개념으로 무료 제공을 하고 있습니다. 저희가 오해를 하게 끔 만들었다면 정말 죄송합니다하지만 오해하지 말아주시길 바랍니다. ... 좋은 하루 보내시고 좋은 일 가득하시길 바랍니다.

Directions: From Suwon Station, Exit 7 walk straight thru night market street for 600 meters to reach hotel. Service : There was a charge of early check-in before 4 pm but the staff allowed us check-in free-of-charge after waiting a while at the lobby (reached about 2 plus). Good and friendly. Limited English speaking but used translation apps to manage our queries. Checked out day we needed to leave before 7am but nobody was the counter so we left the keys and a note there. No daily clean up. Did not use or not aware of any room service. Value : Ok. Booked via Expedia. Wi-Fi: Free and decent Wi-Fi signal. Room : Level 9 room. Family Twin Room. 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed. Window view was neighboring buildings. Able to fit in 3 medium luggage. TV was local pay channels. Heater Aircon Fridge Kettle worked ok. Toilet/bathroom was spacious. Room was near level lift. Dark alley. Food/ Pantry area: No restaurant seen. There was a pantry area on level 2. Sleep Quality: Good. No serious disturbance. Laundry: There were no washing machines in the room. Cleanliness: Decent. No major issue. Location: Good. Walkable and close to night market and shopping area. Overall : Stayed 3 nights.. OK Budget stay in general.

This property is convenient to all amenities and facilities including buying food. Staff is very friendly and respond very well to my request. The Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the station.[ exit 11]. Will come back to this hotel in the future.

This hotel is horrible. It's dirty, dusty, stains everywhere. Let's start with the check-in I was waiting around 10 minutes for one person to come to the reception. Check-in was fast and then when I came into the room it was not good. It was dust everywhere what customers are not touching. Table had so much different stains I didn't want to put anything on it, it was just disgusting. Sheets had stains, towel had one big black stain, I needed to clean toilet seat because there was something on it. So whole experience is just super disappointed only good thing is I was there only for one night. I don't know how this hotel can operate in Korea maybe in some third world county yes but not in Korea.

Not a bad stay for the cost. The staff were friendly and the room was a good size for the price. The room wasn’t serviced a couple of times during the stay and the cleaners also left the window open a couple of times, leading to loads of mosquitoes in the room.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was really friendly and check in was a breeze! The beds were clean but the bathroom/sink area/tables could have been a little cleaner. The area is one street over from the super crowded night life, but it was quiet in the hotel! The only problem we experienced was a drunk person banging on our door and ringing the doorbell at 4:45 in the morning. Really good location. About a 10 minute walk from Suwon Station. 20-30 minutes by bus to the Hwaseong Fortress area. Good price!

I particularly like the sink outside the toilet but there was no hand soap dispenser. The shower was great with proper body soap, shampoo and hair rinse. The hotel gave only 1 large towel and 3 small face towels for triple sharing room. On our first night stay, we asked for 2 more large towels and were given at the counter. On our 2nd night, we asked again but were given small towels through room service. If hotel welcomes international guests, it will be good to keep to international standards. Also, it will be good to have a chair in the room. For those who like firm bed, here is a soft bed with thin pillow. However, I’m disappointed to see so many filthy and smelly places with unsightly cigarettes butts everywhere and plastic bags of not properly tied up trash and food remnants piled up in the streets of Suwon and even Seoul? Why aren’t they kept in bins?

Pleasantly surprised, would stay again
Very clean hotel and very nice. The lady at the front was very kind and let me borrow an umbrella. Overall, everything here was good. It is about a ten minute walk from the station. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around the area too. There's also a happy hour at the bar/restaurant at the top of the hotel, which has a decent view and good beer selection.

Not family friendly. Extra charge for blankets.
I booked a 2 floor loft that was advertised as queen and a sofabed. We were a family of two adults and two small children so it seemed fine. I specified 4 people in our part during the booking. The hotel itself is nice enough but the bed was possible a full/double size. It was definitely not a queen because that is what I have at home and I could tell it wasn’t the same size. The sofa bed itself was agreeable but there were no blankets for the sofa bed. I went to the front desk and they said that I needed to pay extra for more blankets! I told them that I had selected the room because it had two beds and had noted we were a party of 4 but they said extra blankets for the sofa bed are an extra 10,000 won charge. Ridiculous. This isn’t a family friendly place. It is more of a single traveler, couples spot. The bathroom has see through glass-type walls so everyone can see what the person is doing inside. Also the hotel welcome pack had condoms inside, which could be useful but not welcomed when your kid opens it up and asks about it.

Hi, Customer. First of all, I'm so sorry to hear that you're uncomfortable. We have a double bed and a double sofa bed. If two or more people stay, a separate charge of 10,000 won will be made. You were very uncomfortable because you didn't get enough instructions about the context. I'm sorry, it's our hotel staff's fault that we haven't fully explained to you. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the presence of a condom and bathroom glass. The hotel has taken this advice and is looking for a way to make a separate mask for it. I'm sorry I don't feel comfortable with better service. I will try to make the hotel more satisfying by supplementing the deficiencies. I sincerely apologize for using our hotel. Thank you.
