"Accessibility for disable guests is inadequate. No Elevators and front desk need proper training on accommodating guests with disabilities. Every other staff have empathy except the front desk allocating rooms. When theres no elevator, dont allocate upstairs room far far away because these disable guests have to walk there. For us all we need is a 2 bed room as close as possible downstairs. Let us know our options before assigning rooms. "
