She also spent a lot of time giving us tourist ideas of where to go and what to see , and with WhatsApp she was always on hand to answer questions. The apartment was delightful, perfect for 2 people with everything you could need in it ( UK people , remember to bring a power adaptor to convert from Euro style to UK ) . "Amazing view on lake. Nice flat and terrace. About 10min from the city, located on the hill. Lots of things to discover around including the islands on the lake. Some issue with the tub but it has been improved during our stay."

"Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man nur zu zweit sitzen.. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super- man ist in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum, am See und vor allem an der Schiffsanlegestelle. Alle Geschäfte, auch ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass sich nebenan eine „Birreria“ befindet, in der (außer sonntags) bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert wurde....

"Beautiful roof top apartment with spacious terrace and gorgeous view of lake Maggiore. Parking was available on the street by the entrance to the building. There is no AC and it was hot in August, however we enjoyed our stay very much. Walkable distance to the ferry and the center. Highly recommended!"

"Is was superb! Very friendly, and helpfull, host and the accommodation was at an unique location with view on the lake and at the boulevard of Stresa. The apartment has all the convenience needed for a pleasant stay. Shops, restaurants and the authentic Stresa center at one minute walking distance. Public parking only 100 meters from the apartment. Highly recommended."

"Die Wohnung liegt gut 20 Minuten zu fuss vom Zentrum. Es müsste einiges aufgefrischt werden. Im Doppelbett fehlte ein richtiges Duvet. In einem Schrank lag noch vergessene Kleidung von einem Gast. Die Küche ist nicht wirklich gut ausgerüstet. Es fehlt zb ein brauchbares Messer oder Weingläser. Anscheinend gibt es ein Heizgesetz so dass nicht geheizt werden durfte trotz Kälte. Das internet funktionierte am ersten Tag nicht. An einem Abend gab es plötzlich kein Wasser mehr. Der Schlüssel wurde...

"We really enjoyed our time here, especially the covered outdoor eating area that could be used rain or shine. The space was well equipped with everything you need for comfort and convenience. Would definitely return."

"Space is perfectly depicted in the photos, clean modern with lots of space for clothes. Really enjoyed the outdoor terrace for breakfast and cocktails. Very quite building and a quick 5 min walk to the center of the bustling old town with Great restaurants and shops. It would have been helpful to have an information sheet for the detailed 5 recycling storage containers and take out for specific groups on different days. Flying from America bringing sheets and towels was not an option so...

"We enjoyed our stay in this property. We are a family of five and there was enough space for all of us, and the two bathrooms were very welcome. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. It was also very handy to park outside. The views over the lake from the outside terrace were lovely and made a great place to eat. It was extremely hot when we stayed (35C during they day, and 30C at night) and there were two fans provided which were very welcome. It would be even better if there were three...

"Endroit très bien placé avec 1 belle vue sur le lac et agréable. La propreté de l'appartement était un peu moyenne (vaisselle très sale, beaucoup de toiles d'araignées aux murs). Pour le prix de la location, 1 lave linge et 1 étendoir seraient les bienvenus. L'isolation acoustique avec l'appartement du dessus est très mauvais et on entend toutes les discussions et déplacements sur le parquet qui grince. Malgré tout, appartement agréable avec sa petite terrasse en contre bas. Nous sommes...

"This property was excellent. Good location to the town only 15 mins walk. As the property is up slightly from the main road it takes a few minutes longer on the way back. However as we were attending a wedding and my wife was wearing high heels the host kindly ran us into town. The weather during our stay was very hot however our accommodation remained cool. Overall we would recommend this property to stay in and if for longer stays the kitchen is well equipped."
