"We were greeted by the friendly owner of this property at check in. The room is clean n must be newly remodeled not long ago. We always bring our own dog supplies to include beddings, towels, bowls to alleviate extra work on the housekeepers because we know how hard they work to keep the place clean. Some of the down sides if we must pick may just be the very loose kitchen faucet, rusty flange behind the shower faucet, dusty window curtains n some wall n gap blemishes which we’re sure were...

"Location is the highlight of this Gualala studio. The stairs faded quickly into the spectacular views. This is a special retreat from the ordinary. Miren is a fantastic host, her knowledge of the area, attention to detail & warm hospitality all a highlight of our stay. We spent 3 nights & explored nearby, but the Anchor Bay beach below this studio makes this location a place of pure contentment, no need to roam. We hope to return."

"There was no heater in the house and as note in my questionnaire we were all 3 in our 80 and 70 No heat was mentioned This person that kept checking on us Vancasa knew nothing about the house. We did not have TV because there were no instructions. No information sheets about what to do upon checking out . This has never happened to me with a VRBO normally everything is typed out and very easy for our stay. Excellent clean kitchen, with everything you might need to cook with."
