"Such a wonderful place to stay for a DC trip. It was so close to the metro, which made it easy getting to all the best tourist attractions that DC is known for. Such a relaxing area to come back to, after a long day out. If we ever come back we're definitely returning. Also was clean, quiet, and was home away from home for us."

"Location, location, location! Park your car, and don’t worry about driving anywhere else. The subway is just around the corner, and Safeway and CVS are in easy walking distance as well. Townhome is cozy but comfortable with most everything one could need, especially if you are just using it as a place to rest and recharge as you explore all that DC and the surrounding areas have to offer. We were enchanted with all the rich historical, educational and beautiful places we explored. Our son lives...

"The house was as advertised and very clean. The house instructions were clear and check out instructions where minimal. We had some slight confusion on working the thermostat and the bedrooms became much warmer in the evening, than the main areas. But as long as you knew that you could turn the temperature way down. Overall, the house was very comfortable and was a great location for us to spend two evenings during our visit."

"Great apartment. Very nicely set up and clean. Supplies of coffee and other disposables were great. Ice to have driveway parking. Would totally rent again. Only minor drawback was the sound from the upstairs people ( older house can’t totally control)."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there's so many bars and restaurants on the street! The pizza shop below is incredible. The bar across the street and next door is pretty loud on the weekends, but you really can't hear it in the bedroom. There was a bit of a problem with getting the code for check in, but the owner answered my phone call right away and helped, I appreciated the fast response."

As a group of 6 women 68-70 years, we were excited to find a home with enough individual beds to accommodate everyone. The 3 1/2 bathrooms were an added bonus. We found the home to be very clean and the neighborhood to be safe. We absolutely loved the open room concept downstairs. Unfortunately the furniture was a problem for our age group.
