Didn't ever see where there was an office to go to. I know they are in the middle of upgrades so not a big deal as they communicated well thru texts. Room was clean and good enough for what I needed. Might not recommend to someone looking for a lot of amenities but it was good for me and what I needed. The gal that I talked to and texted with was very friendly and informative. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5.

Understood about restaurant being under construction. However, the rooms across the street need attention. Walkways are full of weeds. Rat trap between blue trailer and room.Dump, smells terrible. Matress laying out on the poarch of the bue trailer. (At least 3days)Needs management.

Bed was comfortable and the room was ok. Did have a smell coming from under the porch area where someone must have dumped fish/shells or something. The air conditioning wasn’t very cool. But all in all I would consider staying again

When we arrived the room had no running water. Maintenance had turned it off and forgot to turn it back on. Toilet flushing very slow, like it's getting plugged up. Had to flush several times to get waste out.

I felt like I was in a Bill Murray comedy/horror movie. I arrived 45 minutes early but there was no office and I couldn't find anyone in charge. The phone number I called went to a voice mail box; no reply. The bartender across the street was kind enough to text the owner to let them know I had arrived. The response was that they would text me check in instructions after 3:00 pm. I parked outside the cottage and waited until 3:07, even though the cottage was obviously ready. An early check in would have done no harm. I got a door code to open the funky electronic combination. The instructions said that to lock the door you must push the Yale logo on the outside of the door. There was no safety chain or door bolt on the inside, so it appears that the door might have been unlocked all night. It was neat and clean with a good TV. When I unpacked a shirt so I could hang it up I was shocked to find that there was no clothes bar and not even a clothes hook anywhere in the room. No alarm clock either. The shower (no tub) had a super low flow head and some of the outlets were partially plugged, so part of the weak stream of water sprayed out over the shower curtain and onto the floor. I mopped up as much as I could with the bath mat, but I didn't use a towel because there was a notice that any damage to a towel would result in a charge of $250.The owners are trying to run this place on autopilot but it isn't working. I would never book this place again.
