In terms of pricing, we are competitive with our market, and I can assure you that staying with us on the weekdays will get you a better price. Our pet fee is also one of the most reasonable in all of Steamboat Springs (many charge 50 - 100 a night, or even per pet). In regards to Housekeeping knocking early, that I do apologize for. They shouldn't bother our departing guests before their check-out time. I do hope you give us another chance in the future during a slower time of year.

We do offer a discount to all guests, as well as packages that include breakfast, but are unable to provide a complementary one due to being a full-service Holiday Inn with a restaurant and not being a Holiday Inn Express.
