"Cute chalet with awesome views in quiet neighborhood. There was surprisingly more room than what we had anticipated with sleeping accommodations on the 3rd floor and lower level. I loved taking a morning walk with the view of Steamboat Village and Sleeping Giant in the background. Even saw a moose the first day!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Escape Chalet! It’s far and away the best rental we’ve stayed at in the area-clean, cozy yet spacious and incredibly well-appointed. The location is wonderful and communication with the host was easy and thorough. Would love to stay again!"

"Rental was great for our family. Walk to slopes about 10 minutes from house. There are steps so pay attention to the description. Plenty of room on main floor with large dining table and sunken living room with fireplace. Family favorite! Large bedrooms and 3 baths. We so appreciated being able to bring our grand dog. Hosts were great. Had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home."

"Best place to stay in Steamboat! For our group of 14, they had booked all of our activities and transportation for us and helped us with any questions we had. The barn area was also amazing with 2 hot tubs and a heated pool that we used after hitting the slopes every day. The home itself was easily the best part though and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean, and was equipped with a full home sound system, along with a pool table. Would recommend for anyone...

"While it’s not ski in ski out, it’s only an easy 5 minute walk to the slopes. Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus a friend one night. Kitchen had enough pots and pans but no spices or foil or anything. Not a problem, but would like to let others know to bring salt and pepper if they can or want to. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again - hopefully the other units are as good if this one is not available. Third floor was not a big deal without an elevator....

"So much fun being in Steamboat during the summer. Lots to do for all ages and tons of places to eat! Highly recommend this lodge. It’s close to the village and very accessible to roads for getting out and about. No A/C but no surprise there. Just keep the fans on and windows open! It gets cool in the evenings."

"The location and the shuttle were convenient to the mountain. The condo itself was old shabby and tired. The beds were uncomfortable. The furniture was worn. The kitchen was horrible. There were no sharp knives. Cabinets were falling apart. This condo needs a complete overhaul."

"We loved staying in the house. We had a lot of room to spread out. The house accommodated our family of 11. Fergus helped us with whatever we needed and was very kind. We had a blast and I would highly recommend this house to anyone."

"Good amenities, and probably used to be very nice. It’s still good, but this hotel could use a facelift and the addition of a bar/restaurant to become great. Free breakfast was advertised but actually not included."

"We only stayed one night during "not peak season" so was a very reasonable rate for Steamboat Springs! The 2 bdrm/2 bath condo was newly remodeled and very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The pictures look "bare-bones" but the living room had a colorful area rug and pillow added which helped a lot. It was quiet. Hopefully the exterior will be improved to match the nicely-done interior remodels! Would definitely stay here again."

"It takes 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo but once you are there it is a great place to stay for a skiing vacation. "
