"This cottage was absolutely charming. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay and art retreat at a nearby farm. . The grounds were beautifully groomed and the cows even walkover to greet us. The owners nearby were very hospitable and friendly. "

"What a delight to show up at this quaint little cottage and find that it was as good or even better than pictured! Perfect for our small family to stay during a three day Penn State Graduation weekend; only about 30 minutes away from campus. Very clean and well-appointed. We used the grill outside for a lovely dinner. Owner communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help us retrieve an item left behind after we had checked out. Highly recommend this gem!"

"Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. "

"Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day."

"Was truly idyllic experience staying here. The owners really had many special touches that made the stay a perfect VRBO (hotel like furnishings, GOOD toilet paper stocked, great dishes, cooking utensils, everything was very well done and everything worked perfectly). We had a small family gathering and people raved at how close it was to Penn State. thank you for a perfect stay!"

"We did really enjoy our stay! We were surprised by three things: 1) Pleasant surprise that some of the things noted as not being available, actually were such as coffee filters and chairs around the fire pit. Unfortunately, it was too rainy and wet to use them. 2) We didn’t realize just how close this was to the locations that we planned to go to. It’s a perfect location! 3) We’ve never before actually been charged for the security deposit. Usually, there’s just a hold put on your account....

"This cottage was great for my large family (4 adults & 6 children). We loved that it was so close to a cove. If we were not down at the water we were out on the covered deck playing games or relaxing outside. This place is wonderful!! We will definitely be returning!"
