"My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. "This was a nice home for our family and friend group. My husband and I were in town to see George Strait in Jacksonville. Our childcare plans had to change and we brought our daughter and had a friend meet us with her family to watch her. The host was accommodating and understood the situation. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our last minute addition. The pool was BIG hit with the kids. Getting them out almost made us late for checkout!!! Much nicer than any hotel I have stayed...

"The location is great! It is convenient to UF campus, restaurants, and shopping while being in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and he loved the large, fenced-in backyard. My husband walked him early each morning and the neighbors stopped to chat - so nice! The house has everything you need for cooking - even the grill was in great shape which isn't always the case at rental units. The beds were comfy, the a/c amazingly cold :-), and there was a large water heater so no one took cold...
